As soon as they reached the floor, the woman beside Felix rushed out even before the elevator doors opened.

Felix gave her a confused look and chose to ignore her. Then he followed out, heading towards the meeting room.

Every step he took seemed steady. No one knew how hard he was trying to keep his gaze from wandering, gazing around him in awe.

Meanwhile, inside the meeting room, the atmosphere was tense.

The Executive Council glanced at each other silently as if only a look could understand each other.

"Daddy, why don't we start right away?" Bay, Mr. Zay's eldest son, who was sitting in the first seat on the right side, spoke up after noticing some unusual looks from the people there. "The sooner the better. After all, everyone needed is already here. So, we have no more reason to stall for time."

Mr. Zay, sitting in the main seat, looked at him intently. Then he looked at some of the council, shaking their heads slowly. "Alright, let's get started!"

Bay held back his smile that was about to burst into full bloom when he heard this.

"Although I said it briefly yesterday, I think I should say it more clearly now," said Mr. Zay with a stern face. His well-built body looked authoritative wildly as he gazed over everyone present. "I, Zay Pratama, the chairman of the Zay Group, will hand over all shares and tenure to"

"Stop!" A woman's loud voice suddenly rang out as the doors opened, revealing a sexy woman standing with her breath caught in her throat.

She was the woman in the elevator: Clarita, Mr. Zay's eldest daughter.

Then she stepped quickly over to Mr. Zay. "Daddy! You can't just leave everything to someone else!"

Bay stood up and pulled Clarita's shoulder angrily. "Who are you talking about? Clarita, don't play games! This is a meeting room, and you shouldn't be here!"

Clarita turned around and looked at Bay with a frivolous smile. "Why? Why shouldn't I be here? I'm your daughter, and it's only natural that I'm here!"

"Oh yeah, about that other person I was referring to, it's you!" Clarita shouted suddenly.

"You!" Bay looked furious but couldn't say anything. So he could only stare at Clarita with a sharp gaze and clenched hands.

"Why, you don't accept?" Clarita smiled defiantly.

"Enough!" snapped Mr. Zay, pounding the table vigorously, making everyone startle and spontaneously turn to him.

He stood up and gave Clarita a flat stare. "Get out!"

Clarita looked incredulous. "Daddy!"

"Get out right now!" thundered Mr. Zay. "This is not a place you can just waltz into on a whim. And right now, we have important things to do. So get out before I call the guards to take you away."

Clarita was stunned. Even though it wasn't the first time she had been yelled at like this, she still felt hurt. With reddened eyes, she said, "Why won't everyone let me come here? Aren't I also your daughter? In your wealth, some of it belongs to me. Even if it's only a fraction of a percent, it's still mine."

Then she looked at the Council. "You're going to transfer shares and positions, right? Why aren't I and my father's other children included? After all, it's not a small thing, so we have to be present to vote."

"Clarita, what are you talking about? Come out quickly before I get even angrier," Bay grabbed Clarita's hand and pulled her out.

Clarita rebelled and screamed, "Daddy, you can't do that!"

"Shut up, Clarita!" whispered Bay warningly.

Seeing the chaos caused by one of Mr. Zay's daughters, the Executive Council began to whisper.

At the front of the room, Felix was trying to deal with the guards holding him back from entering the meeting room.

"Are you going to do this to me? Well, then, get ready for something bad," Felix said, lowering his restrained hand casually.

Before the two guards could respond, Felix had already stepped back and quickly ran forward, kicking the meeting room door open.

Everyone turned their heads and frowned at Felix's shabby-looking figure.

"Why is there a beggar here?" Bay gave Felix a disgusted look and then turned to the two guards at his side. "What are you guys doing? Hurry up and drag him out!"

"Yes, Young Master." The two guards hurriedly nodded and were about to drag Felix away.

But Felix held himself back firmly. As soon as the two guards were caught off guard, he kicked them hard until their grip slipped. Without a care, Felix rushed into the meeting room and stared at Mr. Zay intently. "Never give your shares and position to anyone!"

"What do you mean?" Bay stepped forward and pulled Felix angrily. "Go away! Beggars shouldn't be here. You should know better!"

Felix jerked Bay's hand forcefully. His face became flat with a gaze filled with anger. Once called a beggar, he could still keep quiet. But the second time, he couldn't keep quiet anymore.

"Is this the person who would hold the largest shares and the highest position? Very disappointing." Felix shook his head slowly with a dismissive smile. Then he looked at Mr. Zay and said calmly. "You'd better do a DNA test with him. For someone like you, you must have a personal doctor who can be trusted to do that strictly."

Mr. Zay had been silently staring at Felix. And once he mentioned the matter of the DNA test, he couldn't help but ask, "What do you mean?"

Before Felix could answer, Bay had already exclaimed frantically. "Dad, don't listen to him! He must be a beggar who cheats rich people out of money! He's a con artist who uses any means necessary to gamble and get drunk. Dad, ignore people like this!"

"Shut up!" Felix snapped thunderously.

His reaction was so shocking it surprised everyone.

"Are you my family, my parents? We don't know each other, yet you speak as if you know everything about me. Sir, don't always judge someone from the outside," Felix said flatly.

"Young Master, what that man said is true. You shouldn't say bad things to people you don't know," said one of the Executive Council who sat at the far end.

The rest of the Council nodded in agreement.

Bay clenched both hands tightly. His gaze was filled with hatred and anger.

Seeing that the situation was getting out of hand, Mr. Zay spoke up again. "Forgive me if I'm presumptuous, but what is your purpose in coming here and saying that?"

"I just wanted you to know that this man is not your biological son," Felix said calmly.

Suddenly, everyone fell silent.

The atmosphere in the room suddenly became silent and frosty.

He quickened his pace and stopped in front of them; it was clear he needed an explanation that would ease his mind.“Just a routine clarification,” replied Milton, the council member who had acted strangely in the meeting room. “Nothing to worry about.”“What’s there not to worry about? He wouldn’t have asked that if he didn’t have proof,” Alfred retorted, unconsciously raising his voice.Ozzie, the council member who served as their leader, immediately scolded him. “Lower your voice! Even their current locations were always reported on time. But now, several days had passed, and not a single message had come in, even though the last instruction was crucial—one that concerned their very lives—especially Simon, who had clearly already received a threat.“I have
