Seeing the family

With the key in his hands he was directed to the suite. As he stepped into the presidential suite, his jaw dropped in awe. The room was larger than his entire apartment back home. He couldn't believe this, and he felt like he was living a dream.

He made his way to the bedroom, and his eyes widened as he saw the king-sized bed with its silky sheets and fluffy pillows. He couldn't wait to sink into it and drift off to sleep.

But it wasn't just the furnishings that impressed him. The suite had a stunning view of the city skyline, and he could see all the way to the horizon. He stood at the floor-to-ceiling windows, feeling like he was on top of the world.

As the day comes to a close, the sky begins to take on a different hue. The once bright and shining sun begins to set, painting the sky with a myriad of colors. The air begins to cool as the warmth of the sun fades away, and the world prepares for the night ahead.

In the midst of the night, the world seems to come alive with its own unique energy. Elmo walked to the balcony and took a seat. With his body lolled on the chair. Thought of what happened earlier came flowing in, after realizing that he was from a wealthy family.

He really can't remember having any memory with the Brown family, yes he knows his surname was Brown but he has never even imagined that he was related with the aristocratic family. In fact he can only remember everything that has happened in his life from when he was 10 so anything before that time is not remembered by him. He has always asked his mom about his life before ten but she had never given him a reasonable answer.

When he noticed he was getting sleepy, he quietly left for the bed and slept.

The next morning after dressing up, he walked out of the presidential suite and was greeted with the sight of many bodyguards dressed in black. They all had their heads bowed so Elmo couldn't see their faces.

"Who are you people?" Elmo asked looking confused and before they could answer, the secret agent who spoke to Elmo yesterday smiled as he stepped closer.

"Young master, they are your bodyguard. Are you perhaps ready to leave now?" He asked with his head bowed.

"Yes but firstly, can you tell me your name?" Elmo asked.

"I am Ben." The man replied.

"Alright Ben, let's leave now." Elmo said and they both took the private jet and left the country.

Immediately, they got to the country. Elmo was surprised to see many black cars gathered around them and all those driving the car stepped out with their heads bowed in respect to Elmo.

"You may enter the car young master." A tall handsome man said as he opened the passenger seat of the latest Mercedes Benz for Elmo.

"Is this how the rich do?" Elmo questioned inwardly as he looked astounded seeing many black cars surrounding them. He wouldn't have been that astounded if the cars were all cheap but all the cars that are gathered are all so expensive. The least expensive of those cars should be around 1 million dollars!

With Elmo still finding an answer to all his questions, he wasn't aware that the car had long stopped. He only realize that when the tall man who asked him to enter the car earlier knocked on his car glass.

"Young master, we have gotten to the villa." The tall guy said calmly and Elmo got down from the car.

Stepping out of the car, he was once again astounded. He couldn't believe my eyes. The exclusive villa before him was like nothing he had ever seen before. The sprawling estate was surrounded by perfectly manicured gardens and dotted with towering palm trees. The front entrance was a grand archway that led to an enormous wooden door with intricate carvings etched into its surface.

As he stepped into the villa, his senses were overwhelmed. The air was filled with the fragrance of fresh flowers, and the soft sound of classical music filled the room. The interior was exquisitely decorated with luxurious furnishings, from the plush velvet sofas to the ornate chandeliers hanging from the ceiling.

Still with his intense gaze on every single thing in the villa, he didn't notice so many people had already walked and sat on the chair. After checking every single thing in the villa he finally moved his eyes back to the chair. It was at that moment, he saw many eyes on him.

All the people seated were all looking rich and classy. Looking at himself, he couldn't believe he is family with these rich people.

After moment of them staring at him, a young pretty lady shouted with excitement in her.

"Brother, you are finally here. I never believed I would ever see you." A young lady shouted as she ran and hugged Elmo tightly. The dumbstruck Elmo  could only watch as the pretty lady hugged him tightly without any willingness to free him.

"Why is she calling me her brother?" He raised her eyebrows looking confused.

After what seems like forever, the pretty lady finally freed him.

"I can see you have millions of questions in your mind and one of them is why did I call you my brother. Am I right?" The girl gave a cute smile as she asked.

"Yes I do have a lot of questions but the first question is why do you call me your brother?" Elmo asked and when the girl wanted to reply a beautiful woman who looked quite in her prime spoke.

"Elmo my dear, Sonia is really your true sister because it was your Mom who gave birth to her but due to something which we are all unaware of, your Mom took you away without anyone knowing and left your sister with us when she was just six." The woman explained calmly with a smile on her face.

"Really?" Elmo asked.

"Yes, can't you remember your sister? I am sure you must still have a tiny memory of her in you. Right?" The woman asked.

"I'm sorry but I really can't remember any of you." Elmo apologized.

Just as the woman was about to ask why, an old man with a powerful aura walked down the stairs. His aura was so powerful that every one who was looking at Elmo, suddenly turned.

"Grandfather, Elmo is here." Sonia quickly ran to her grandfather with happiness.

"Yes I can see he is here already." The old master smiled as he looked at the grandson who has been away for some time now.

Everyone was shocked to see the old master smile, he had never smiled for once after his wife's death so it felt a little surprising seeing him smile at Elmo.

Seeing his grandson, the old master felt nostalgic about the past. His emotions were different. He felt a bit of sadness and regret that his grandson wasn't with him for a long time."

"How are you Elmo?" He asked.

"I'm fine sir." Elmo replied and a frown came on the old master's face making his old  face a little crumpled.

Elmo wondered why the old master suddenly frowned when he was just smiling earlier." Sir, why are you frowning?"

"You're calling me sir and not grandfather, that's why." The old master said and Elmo almost chuckled.

"Just because of that?" Elmo asked almost at the point of laughter.

"Yes of course." The old master almost fretted and his behavior looked so childish to people watching.

"Alright grandfather. Are you satisfied now?" Elmo asked.

"Yes I am." He replied looking happy like a child who finally got his candy back.

"Let go have a talk in the garden." The old master said.

They both went to the beautiful garden which holds a feeling of warmth and sat down. Before they could even start a conversation, an old man came and serve them a tea.

"Butler yate, you may leave now." The old master said and the butler left but not without a bow.

After seeing they were the only one left, the old man spoke again. "Elmo I really can't show how happy I am to see you after so many years. I know you can't remember all of us but I can assure you that you will never regret having us as your family." The old master said with a sad expression.

"Grandfather, don't be sad. I know I can't remember you all but that doesn't mean it will remain like that forever. Very soon I'll surely regain my past memory. I assure you that." Elmo smiled.
