Chapter 4: Five Billion Secured!

Jin clearly knew what this scheming bastard was all about. Reselling his company and all the other things he offered would fetch Tyrone much more than he had paid.

But Jin did not have much time, he only had a month's time! It will take months, even years to sell his company for the right price.

What he did not expect was Tyrone buying it for 3 billion.

But he already knew what it was for.

It was to invest in Jin's new project!

He could not help but laugh inside as he thought about it.

Still, what he needs the most right now is money, and being offered another billion for free is something he would gladly accept!

Jin smiled: "Then, I'll gladly receive it!"

Tyrone nodded full of smiles as the two of them signed and copied the documents to be split into two people's contracts.

With that, it was a done deal.

As Jin was finishing their meeting, Tyrone grew restless as to why he was not bringing up his project.

He had no choice but to speak up!

"Right, brother Jin, what about your next project?" Tyrone asked.

Jin smiled hearing this, he knew that Tyrone was about to pee his pants from the anticipation.

Jin looked at him and pretended to be shocked before adding: "This... It's actually a project that I wish to keep within myself, I want to keep it as confidential as I can."

"Oh, then, is there anything you could share with me?" Tyrone smiled, after all, he had given him a billion for their 'friendship', and the least he could receive was some information about it.

Jin smiled: "Well, as for earning me money, I'm fairly confident about it."

Tyrone smiled, filled with anticipation, and asked: "Oh, how about me as an investor of it then?"

Jin smiled: "I don't know about you though if you invest, I mean, for me, it will be the greatest in the next hundred years."

Tyrone grew quite annoyed by this, but he still asked: "Then, if I were to invest a billion in it, when will I earn it back?"

Tyrone was hoping for at least five to ten years, after all, a billion is quite a large sum, and even for his own company, it will take quite a long time.

Jin smiled: "Well, I don't know about a billion, but I'm fairly sure you can earn 10 billion in 10 years, well, in the 9th year, there will be nothing, but as for the 10th year, it will suddenly boom."

Hearing this, Tyrone was quite taken aback, 10 years is too long, Jin might escape to who knows where and hide with all that money, and Tyrone wouldn't be able to find him.

But what Jin said struck a cord in his mind.

"Truthfully, with this 3 billion and all of the money I have left, I could create this dream of mine, so I don't think I'll take in any investments." 

Hearing this, Tyrone was shocked, 'Didn't you just say that you'd like me to invest over the phone before? What are you saying now?!'

Then, it struck him immediately.

He gave Jin a billion more!

Which was probably what Jin was hoping for him to invest earlier!

Tyrone's heart sank, but he immediately pushed forward: "Hey, we're brothers, are you going to kick me after eating the soup?"

Jin could not help but smile, but deep inside, he could only look at Tyrone who was shameless!

He gave him a company worth 5 billion at most for only 3 billion, and he thinks he's being good?

Jin still kept his composure and replied: "Then... I guess a billion could help me a bit?"

Tyrone knew Jin was already extending his hand with it, now, he just took it gladly!

"Jin, how about I invest a billion and a half to you now? So it will be 15 billion in 10 years right?"

Hearing this, Jin thought of something and smiled: "Well, at most, it will probably be 16 billion, that's my rough estimation."

Tyrone was quite confused: "What do you mean?"

Jin smiled: "Well, think carefully about it, the bigger the money I have, the better I could operate!"

Tyrone finally had a realization and finally understood what Jin had meant.

"Well then, if that's the case, I would invest 2 billion on this project of yours!" Tyrone confidently declared.

Jin was delighted to hear this.

On the other hand, Tyrone's group of people were shocked and immediately called out: "President! That's half our company's emergency funds!"

Tyrone looked at them and smiled enigmatically: "Well, I am investing these funds in my great friend, I believe he will be called Midas' hands in the near future, so investing this amount is not that much!"

"Anyways, in 10 years, it will at most be 10 billion, right?" Tyrone then looked at Jin filled with expectations.

Jin smiled: "Well, all I could say is I'll do my best."

Tyrone nodded his head, intending to not put pressure on Jin's shoulders that might become the reason for its failure.

Tyrone then comforts his subordinates: "Anyways, there probably won't be any emergency for our company in the next 10 years right?"

"And if there really is, we could just sell Brother Jin's company for 3 billion to make ends meet."

Hearing this, his subordinates came to a sudden realization!

Right, they had already struck a bargain buying this company, even if they were to lose 2 billion more, it would just be like they had bought Jin's company at a rather fair, yet still cheap price!

They had nothing to lose! But everything to gain!

Truly, their chairman is bright!

Or so they thought!

Meanwhile, hearing Jin's words, his secretaries all had sullen faces.

It seemed that they would be thrown by Jin to another president.

Under Jin's care, although they could notice how Jin would occasionally sneak glances at their breasts, butt, and body, that's the end of it all.

"Then, tomorrow, we'll do the handing down process." Jin smiled.

Tyrone nodded his head: "Yes, I will also transfer all the money then."

Jin smiled: "Alright, then, till tomorrow."

With that, the two parted ways.

Jin couldn't help but smile as he secured 5 billion of funds!
