Every time I think about her, a flurry of emotions goes through my chest.

Sadness, nostalgia, and pain.

I could think back forever about whether I could have done something.

"If only", right?

But it isn't realistic.

Instead, I lose myself in my memories.

I didn't know her for too long, but she marked me.

She was unlike everything I knew.

She was cheerful, and had true, pure kindness.

The announcement of Coco's graduation greatly affected me. I guess this is the right mindset for writing this volume, but I'm having a hard time now. I've had a lot of bad news over the past year, so many things that can only happen once in your life that happened in such a short time. And now, a figure I greatly looked up to, that got me through all of these events, is going to disappear. Words cannot describe how sad I am. At least, I wrote a letter to her. Saying everything I wanted to say. I didn't want to leave anything undone. The structure of the letter is very similar to the structure of the first half of the chapter. There is a difference in content and feelings, but this was inspired by a direct expression of my feelings, so I hope it affected you ever so slightly.
