It was for a reason; there had been no attacks or kidnappings by beasts since Noah's plan was implemented. For Sean, his mission was complete in the village.
"I'll go upstairs to the hall to meet with Noah." Sean spoke to the volunteer soldiers of the village, who were stepping into the hall to meet Noah.
