Justin looked once more at the documents on did desk as he tried to confirm the final details of the acquisition deal. Today is the day he would close the deal. It was a deal to buy a bank to help a friend who had been there for him when things were not good. He was not poor like Justin back then but he always come through whenever Justin ask him for help, even when others do turn him away. His name was Alan. Justin could not think of any other way to help other than through this deal. And he wanted to do it in a way that it would not cause a lot of stir.

Alan owns a business which deal in manufacturing but due to some sudden shift in market, the company had fallen on hard times and struggling to keep up with production. He could not get a reasonable financing. He had reached out to banks to get loans but he was denied or given terms that look very predatory to his business. He had come across him at a bank when he went for a business meeting with the manager and when he saw how deter
