Julie's Anger

Julie's cursing voice attracted the attention of several people who passed by them. Bill felt his stomach twist and wanted to disappear right now. However, he realized that this kind of swearing was not the first time in his life. He'd gotten a lot of abuse from people he even loved in the past.

Bill's throat felt dry. He wanted to retaliate, but there wasn't a single word he could get out even with his mouth open. Julie was probably right, Bill should never have come to the Rainer family. In fact, he didn't-Bill was forced to come by Ryan, even in an unethical way.
