On the other side of the city, Andrew was seated in his father's office. They were going over mundane tasks for Sinclair Enterprises, but as Andrew looked over the papers, his mind couldn't help but travel to more concerning topics.

He tore his eyes from the document in his hands and focused his gaze on his father instead.

“Did you lose something in my forehead? Why are you staring at me like that?” Stefan drawled out in a tone that sounded both annoyed and unbothered. Although he was speaking to Andrew, he didn’t lift his head up to look up at him and was still focused on the papers on his desk.

"Father, did you kill Officer William?” Andrew blurted out the question before he could stop himself.

“Don’t be an idiot. I wouldn’t kill someone so insignificant." Stefan stated, At first it put Andrew at ease, but the ease was short-lived

and it withered once Stefan continued, “But I would get someone to do it for me.” He finished in a low casual tone, still focused on the papers.
