Chapter One Hundred and Thirty Four - Reputable executive

“What was that imbecile going on about? '' Kent mumbled to himself as he walked to his office.

He opened his office door to find an unpleasant surprise waiting for him inside. His eyes widened and turned flinty. “What the hell are you doing here? We agreed that you’d never contact me again,” he hissed. He locked his office door and charged towards the source of his anger.

It was the blonde he hired to spike Jason’s drink at the restaurant. She was sitting cross-legged on the chair in front of his desk.

“Calm down for goodness sake; don’t be so uptight. I just want to talk,” the woman smiled.

“Get out of my chair and out of my office now! Are you crazy? Don’t you realise that someone could’ve seen you walk in here?” Kent hissed in a hushed tone.

“I’m not moving an inch until I'm properly compensated,” the woman said, flipping her pin straight tresses.
