Chapter 37

Going to the office at dawn with a cup of coffee and a sandwich, Michael Durkheim looked at his exhausted face in the glass door, sighing in silence.

He had gone through another sleepless night.

All thanks to Ernest’s note, which wasn't even a manuscript in theory, but still caused a lot of confusion.

Though Michael didn't gain any success, thirty years of working in the film industry had taught him what a real manuscript looked like, at least.

Putting all the professional stuff like logline, outline, etc, aside, a film manuscript should have screenplays with dialogue descriptions, character names, and such things.

They were the most basic things, and nobody would write just five sentences about “blind male lead”, “dumb female lead”, “the male lead wants to be a singer and the female lead helps him”!!!

Sound childish? No, more than just a stupid note, it was totally a shame, especially when Michael thought that it was Ernest Eswaranski who had given him that note.
