Morris was moved from the investigation room to his cell.

"That's not enough. He can't just get a normal cell; he must suffer for all he has done." Lecter said to the captain as Morris was being taken away.

“Mr. James, let us do our jobs, okay? The only way he will get punished now is if the Judge deems it so. For now, all you can do is gather your evidence and make them good. "

The captain told him.

"Feel free to talk to any of my Detectives, especially Bruce, he is the head Detective. I have a meeting, so I'll be out of here very soon." He said and walked away.
