CHAPTER FORTY

Logan woke up the next day in his new apartment, the early morning sunlight filtering through the curtains. He stretched and yawned, feeling a sense of relief that he had successfully moved away from Crescent Street. But as he lay there, his mind wandered back to the system task to expose the gang's secret.

He recalled that he had almost a day left to complete the task, but there was a problem – the system hadn't been clear about what it wanted him to expose. Logan scratched his head, trying to decipher the vague instructions. "What exactly do you want me to uncover?" he muttered to himself.

With a sigh, he decided it was time to try something he hadn't attempted before – communicating with the system. He sat down at his computer, opened the interface, and cleared his throat as if addressing an invisible entity.
