Lynnette’s point of view

He had me settled back in my room, positioned two of his men out the door to my room to watch over my safety and make sure none of those scoundrel sound their feet towards where I was.

I couldn’t be any less grateful, I had give my appreciation to which he simply waved off before leaving me to freshen up.

I spent more than two hours in the bathroom, under the show, letting the cold droplets soothe my skin, cool my brain, and for a brief period; take away my worries.

I was done freshening up, cladding in a white colored robe before making my way over to the bed.

My body slammed into the soft surface of my bed, welcoming my body like an expected guest and offering my muscles a taste of relaxation.

I haven’t got the chance to talked with him and ask how he knew I was in trouble and inside that cell, or that I needed to be rescued.
