The corner of Sherry's eyes caught the sight of Zeppelin. He was still engaged in a fight with Scarlett. “Why are you doing this?”

“What do you think? For money.”

“You have never cared about your sister.”

“I know, right? She was a bitch, and I only needed her to make money.”

“You are dumb.”

“I know—what?”

“You are dumb to think that me calling the cops and admitting that I am guilty is going to release your sister. I could tell them that I lied when they came to arrest me, and it would get back to normal, but you will be arrested for threatening me with a knife.” Sherry alleged.

The man's lips twitched. “If that's the case, then using the knife sounds good.”

Sherry glanced at Zeppelin, who had just kicked Scarlett, and she fell unconscious. Zeppelin was dusting his palm when he glanced over at her.
