Chapter Two Hundred and Eight

"Arghhh!"

John growled in pain when the sharp metal attached to the chair he sat on stabbed his thigh. He had forgotten the "don't move" that applied to the torture chair Declan had customized for him.

"I will make you pay."

John gritted, flashing his blood stained teeth. Declan made a sour face, pressing two fingers to his nose.

"It's okay son. We are still alive. That's all that matters.

The governor cried. He was in severe pain and was wrapped with bandages from head to toe. But seeing his son again was the best thing that happened to him in a while and knowing what Declan was capable of now? the governor didn't want to provoke him any further.

He tried to move on the wheel chair but could not, so the guard who had brought him in offered to give him a hand.
