It did not take long after Meghan's departure for Sophie and her mother to be paid another visit by two likely visitors. "Well," Meghan prepared to start her tale on what exactly was the case with her. She gripped tightly the edges of her dress, seemingly shy to say the least in bringing her problems to the young man whom she was with at the time. It was evening, Gavin felt totally satisfied over the call he had made. For once, he thought to himself, that he had finally done something good for his wife, even though she would not really know he was the one who did it. He had been standing on his feet for a while. His eyes were glued to the gate as vehicle after vehicle passed. His job at that time was to see who the driver was, and try to know their mission in the vicinity. He had a blue card that he would give them as means of authorization to go inside. They had to return it once they came outside. That way he was able to know the amount of cars that were in the vicinity and be able to keep track of them.This was his job at the night time. At day time, he was a delivery man. It took a lot of toll and time on him, but as long as he was able to afford his daily bread, as well as a little to support his wife, he was okay.There were beads of sweat dropping from his forehead. He was really tired, but he just had to keep going.
