Alec was still dumbfounded with the [Rapid Grow]. It was an excellent skill. A true cheat skill.

The only downside was the cooldown.

"Should I use it on the crops," he poundered. It will be a waste of he wasted it on only one crop. It can be used only three times in a month. He had to use it efficiently.

"I will make a field of around an acre and plant all the seeds in the stores," Alec decided,"I should also create a large bamboo forest for use as timber. Ah.. I got a lot of work to do."

The next three day, he cleared the Northern part of the plateau, from morning till dusk, removing the weeds and turning the soil. The Northern part however was not the plant where he will be growing the crops.

It will be the area where he will be growing the less maintenance. While searching for Dungs, he had came across several herbs. He planted those plants along with cactus, berries trees and shrubs. He bought 600 Alfafa seeds and five hundred bamboos for forty tokens.

He sows the Alfafa seeds in the North and the bamboos. He had bought five bamboo species: Black, Dragon, Arrow, Moso and Chinese. He planted the Chinese on the Eastern side, the Moso on the west and the Dragon on the North near the cliffs. The Fishpole and the Arrow he planted on the boundary between the North and South. The North will become an enclosure for his livestock and the South will be the fields.

"I am ready now," Said Alec, standing in the middle of the Northern Acre. He put his hands on the land.

In front of his eyes, the plants began to grow. The growth of the bamboo was very fast for his eyes to catch. There were creaking and popping sounds everywhere. In a minute, the whole land was teeming in green. The Alfafa had grown to waists, the trees had grown to ten metres talks and were bearing fruits, the berries shrubs had grown to above 5 metre tall trees and had thick clumps. The Dragon and chinese bamboos had grown to more 25 metres tall, the Moso to more than 15 metres and the arrow and fishpole to more than six metres.

"Green," Shout Alec, excited,"It is beautiful."

That day, a forest grew in the Wasteland of Ardmoor for the first time in years.

The Next day, Alec began to harvest the fruits and berries.

The desert Tang fruit was the berries that look like gooseberries and tasted like one.

"Ew," Said Alec. A crate full of Wiggling two feet long black Earthworms had appeared. He took a stick and threw a quarter of them into the ground.

He gathered up the berries, which he had put inside bamboo containers made of Dragon bamboo trunks and the crate and brought them back to the south one by one.

After that, he created twelve small plot of lands, dig the soil and introduced the Earthworms. He mixed the soil with the manures. By the end of the day, the twelve plots of land was fully process and it's productivity and Fertility increase to medium low and E respectively.

"Let's leave it to the Earthworms now," he thought. Although they were ugly looking worms, earthworms were very useful to a farmer.

Task: Pest Control.

Conditions: Kill the pest that had invaded your land. 0/1.

Reward: 30 system tokens, 2 skill points.

Penalty: Destruction of the Bamboo Pasture.

Time limit: 3 hours.

A few minutes later, Alec was in the Bamboo pasture. A huge wild boar had entered the enclosure and was feeding on the Alfafas.

Ardmoor Pigs are an invasive species. Male usually tend to live alone and sows in herds. A herd of Wild pigs may consist of four to a dozen sows with piglets or led by a single boar. They are very aggressive and will eat anything.

"Huh," Alec said as the boar suddenly went out of view. He remembered the pits. He rushed to the place and found the huge boar stuck in the pit headlong and unable to get out. He plunged the Machete into its nape with full force.

With a loud squeal, the Boar jump back and freed itself from the pit and started to run madly. Alec held on to the machete and drive it deeper.

*Crack*

The Machete broke through the skull and hit the brain. The boar started running faster and then began to slow down until it feel down to the ground, dead.
