Chapter 5: Hunting expedition

Bloodclot forest.

  Bloodclot forest was once a kingdom in the past, a Kingdom were human greatest warrior originates from, it was said to be a kingdom specifically blessed with abundance by the almighty.

Blood clot forest was actually called "The Eternal Sacred Kingdom." But it loses its dignity after a war broke out between human and the star beasts, humans were actually fairing well against the so called star beast and they were closed to winning the war before the change of events start to occur, no one could explain what happened, but it could be said that the four generals that were leading human in the war disappeared overnight, they all originated from Eternal Sacred Kingdom.

The ruler of Eternal Sacred Kingdom was thrown into a frenzy when he heard about the incident, he had to blame the rulers of other saying it was a conspiracy against his men and his kingdom to rip it off it's glory. He waged war against and killed thousands of soldiers of each kingdom demanding back for his men but to avail were found.

He retreated back to his kingdom, but was devastated on his return, the star beasts had taken over everywhere, and theyve killed every single soul in there, making their existence prominent in the kingdom.

He restructured his men preparing for a battle with the star beasts, he launched a full scale attack on his kingdom to kill the whole star beast, but his men fell in one swoop due to the exhaustion they were experiencing after fighting against different kingdoms.

He lost the hope of ever winning back his Kingdom from the tyrant star beasts, but he did one of the human legendary forbidden skills, gathering and condensing the soul essence of his fallen men, he condensed his also in the middle of the kingdom surrounded by millions of star beasts, he made an explosive shockwave which spread round the kingdom killing every star beasts he came across and he himself. The explosion did not only killed the star beast present in his kingdom but also the ones near his Kingdom, his move was a great but forbidden one that led human to win the war.

 Over time, his kingdom was abandoned due to the devilish spirits of the star beasts that lurks in the area, it was uninhabitable for years which led to it transformation into a forest.

Shortly after humans were finally able to defeat the star beasts, Humans were disunited, suffering, and all sort of plague broke out, this made the seven most powerful humans generals to come together to create seven empires to fend for the humans, which is now known as the seven continents, and one of them is the Zeus empire, which the Blood clot forest is in it.

Ever since humans had defeated the star beasts, new species of ordinary beasts were discovered, which serves greater purpose than the star beasts, ranging from their crystals that is used to forge weapons and power up machineries, to their skin that I used t create armor and garments.

After the Eternal sacred kingdom has been abandoned, the new species of beasts began to take up the areas, and it was also named the "Bloodclot forest" due to the battle that took place there and the countless of lives that was lost.

Vincible domain section

Bloodclot forest is a forest that is classified into several domain section due to the rank of beasts that inhabits the area

The kids that were on expedition are currently in the vincible domain section of the Bloodclot forest, the vincible domain is a section in the forest that houses the most weakest level of beasts that are in the forest. The weakest level which is also referred to as low tier beasts ranged from the basic tier beasts, intermediate tier beasts, and the advanced tier beasts.

  The expedition has already started and every student has already dispersed deeper into the forest in search for beast to hunt down and carve out their crystals which would signify the amount of beast each team were able to kill. 

  A fairly tall and agile student put on an evil grin as he leapt into the air, slicing in half a wolf like beast that was about to devour an unconscious little tender and jade like damsel that lying on the grass before its action was intercepted by a male student who wore the expression of a maniac. The male student put on an eerie smile, as he approaches the unconscious girl. 

 swoosh, been pushed away by an invisible force creating some distance between him and the girl, he gnashed his teeth as he tried to tried to fight back being pushed away by the force.  

A voice came to the limelight, get your filthy hands off my sister. Harry yelled as he ran towards his sister that was lying on the ground, her ran through the forest covering the distance between him, his sister and the male student within seconds.

  A gust of sand rose from the ground and went straight for the male student eyes obscuring his sight of view, with the simply added effect of the Qi force, the sand ventured straight into his eyes totally rendering his slight useless, leaving him in a frightened condition. 

The boy couldnt help but fidget as he battled the sand that has made its way into his eyes. While he was busy doing so Harry that was assumed to be to be unconscious sprang up from the ground like a criminal jolted by electric bolts, she landed a spinning kick on his chest which made him stagger backwards losing complete control of his body, she conjures her mana, casting fiery fist spell directly on his chest which sent him flying in the air, despite the heat from the flames and the immense burning, he sustained no injuries except that which he would sustain force from hitting the ground .

 "Where's Han running to?" A squeaky boy voice inquired as he carve out a crystal from a dead beast, waiting for a reply from his teammate that stood beside him.

  "Please help, Han is in trouble," yelled a boy from a distance not far to the duo.

 "Let him sort himself out we've got job to do here," yelled the squeaky voice in anger.

  "Weve got to help him; he has stepped out of the vincible domain, and thus no longer the protection of the masters invisible barrier protecting us from the advance level beasts." The boy yelled back as he put on a grim look.

  "What? He stepped out of the vincible domain?" the boy who was carving the crystal and the boy who stood beside him said momentarily as they were both engulfed in fear.

   "Were coming." The duo said as they dumped what they were doing. 

The duo ran deeper inside the forest, their body shudder and trembled slightly as the ran deeper inside the forest aiming for the invisible barrier, their heart was palpating very fast as they run due to fear, they were simply running intothier death by trying to save someone who has went out of the forcefield, since the deeper they are in the forest the stronger its tier, which means their chances of saving the person was slim and the chances of their death was also high.

  The duo ran at a very fast pace, and caught up with the other boy who called them to help Han, the trio ran through the forest evading the trees and also ignoring the low tier beast that tried to get in their way. they leaped into the air as they could sense an opening on the invisible barrier that was casted on them by their masters so that they wouldnt move out of the vincible domain section and any high tier level beasts or advance level beast would not make their way into the student hunting ground which would lead their deaths, yet the trio wore grim expressions as they move out of the domain despite being engulfed in fear.

 Their feet crashed against the hard ground, they felt no pain since they were already trained to withstand a fall from a high altitude. They stopped for a moment as their heart palpitate in fear, theyve gone out of the hunting ground; the vincible domain section. They stood lifelessly staring at each other as they were trying to communicate among themselves, the shift their gaze ahead into the forest, gasped for breath before they bolted deep into the forest in search for Han, just a few meters into the forest, Han who was hurled into the air came crashing against the trio which makes them to shook off balance and stumble to the ground. 

  "What a perfect plan, ha ha ha ha." A maniac voice sounded from the top of a tall tree.

  "Kneel and beg for forgiveness, and ye shall be spare, else you shall learn your lesson the hard way." Drake yelled as a he came crashing down form a tall tree trunk, he squatted as he land on the ground, fixating his gaze on the confused trio and Han.  

  "They planned this, help me out first, then we deal with them together." Han said with his eyes partially closed. 

 The trio leapt over Han as they assumed a battle stance, Han sat in a meditation position, with his back facing the trio, he sensed the foreign Qi that was that was infused into his eyes together with the sand which blocked his eyesight, he summoned his own Qi within him, using it to push away the foreign Qi that has invaded his eye. Finally, he was able to withdraw the foreign Qi from his eyes which relieved him from the pain he experienced while twitching his eyelids.

He stood up ready to face Drake, Harry and Iris, but almost pass out due to fear, his body constantly twitching due to fear bizarre sight he would never dream of in his entire life appeared before him, the trio that were guarding while he was fighting the foreign Qi in his body already wet their pants due to fear.
