"I wasn't angry. You're just the one who concluded."

"Me?" Sullivan's eyes shot out.

"I didn't conclude anything." He yelled.

"You were the one acting strange when I came inside the room.

"Don't you even dare try to put this on me. You were the one who ignored me first."

" When did I ever ignored you?" Sullivan frowned.

"Oh, I guess you are so slow to remember since earlier today, you left me all alone to navigate through this complex place."

Sullivan furrowed his because he had no idea what she was talking about.

He scanned his memory several times but he couldn't quite place what she was rambling about.

He was tired and exhausted and just needed to sleep, but his wife seemed adamant in keeping him awake all throughout the night.

"Since you don't remember, it's fine. There's no need to keep on dragging the issue. Go ahead and sleep," she said, trying to force a smile.

Inwardly, she was literally screaming like a little girl because his facial expression was to die for.
