Loretta felt terrible after hearing what Ethan said to her.

He had immediately left for his room, giving her no chance to explain.

“I have to make things right.” She told herself as she went after Ethan.

Ethan was lying on his bed and flipping through his phone when she came in.

“I'm sorry for doubting you but it has nothing to do with you being an ex-convict. She just looked so convincing and I got carried away for a second,” she pleaded.

Ethan looked at her and nodded his head, “All right, apologies accepted.”

“So are we good.” She asked with a questioning gaze.

“Not yet. Not until you tell me how much you missed me.” Ethan responded grinning. He decided to just let go of it all.

“What? Loretta asked, with wide eyes. “That's not happening,” she responded, smiling at him.

“Then no deal. We are still not talking,” he gave her a mischievous wink.
