And the men quickly started following her orders after all they knew she was the wife of there King so there was no soldier who was interested in even offending her

Jax could swear that he saw little dollars signs running in her eyes before she ran over , jax did know that she like money and had a talent for anything financial management and that's why she had been able to keep the small town

But every time she showed her money hungry side the old Jax was never around so this was definitely the first time Jax would see her acting this way since he does not have any memories of her acting like this

He quickly kicked the horse on the side riding straight to where she was giving the soldiers orders, and when he got there he saw the serious face of Connor as he looked scared

Jax was not ready to interfer as he was not ready to face her wrath along with his Hero, he could only imagine what the war thirst hero was gong through after all he was not sed to being scolded by woman but being worshiped instead

Then some took the meat back to the town, while the blood and organs were preserved in some sort of special containers Alicia had the soldiers bring over

" no just be a king, this is my work space" Alicia pouted as she replied, she was boss of controlling the financial department, having Jax help would make him her boss

And that's why she she replied with " Just be a king", though jax could see through her intentions he was not really bothered, doing those type of work while being a king was not appropriate in the first place

He was just happy that he would be getting some extra cash from selling the beast corpse after getting one rewards from the system already, after all no one was ever tired of extra benefits

Just as she was celebrating on how much she was going to earn, she started hearing the ground trembled again and it was like they were about to be attacked again
