Disaster Rage

Gin lost his senses. There was fire burning in his eyes. His white hair turned long and blue like ocean waves. His skin was cracked and in every crack, there was fire within his body.

{My Lord, you can't do this with your current mana. Your body can be destroyed!}

He couldn't hear Gargan's voice anymore. The old Gerald was gone, it was only Gin the disaster remained. The true form of disaster.

All the demons had disappeared into the river of lava. Meanwhile, Amenus froze in the sky. He finally realized who he was up against.

Gin's body rose. He flew towards Amenus. Amenus eyes could barely catch his movements. Gin swung Gargan toward him and managed to hit his arm.

Wide-eyed, Amenus backed away before his arm was cut off.

"So you are that disaster," Amenus muttered while holding his bleeding arm.

Gin didn't listen to him. His mind had been taken over by the system. He again chased after Amenus and slashed him wildly.

Amenus kept dodging, but this time he was starting to get overwhelmed.

"How can he be this strong without disaster core?"

Amenus summoned his shadow. His shadow suddenly lengthened, forming a sword that he could somehow hold. The sword became clearer when it touched his hand, a very strong black sword.

Amenus finally countered Gin's slash with his sword. The black sword clashed with Gargan, raising sparks.

Amenus fought back seriously. The baby he'd been prisoned for twenty years ago could actually be this strong.

On the other hand, Gin's consciousness was sinking. His body moved without his command. Even though Amenus was in front of him, his anger did not increase. He was like a robot that had been designed to fight.

{My Lord, please get hold of yourself! You can't continue attacking him like this!}

Gargan's worries made her weaker. However, the weaker Gargan still managed to cut Amenus's arm. He lost his one hand instantly.

"I will not die," said Amenus.

A shadow appeared again from behind his body, forming a hand. His bleeding stopped as the shadow merged with his slit arm. He had a new arm.

Gargan was shocked. As a holy being who lived since the world was created, she knew that was the power from the abyss. But only the King of Abyss had such power.

{As expected, his strength is suspicious. My Lord, please be careful—}

Gargan didn't even have time to finish her sentence, Amenus' sword pierced Gin's chest while she was off guard.

{My Lord!}

Gargan's screams were in vain. Gin didn't even get knocked back when Amenus' sword was removed from his body. No blood or anything was coming out of his chest. Leaving only a hole with the guts of fire around it.

Amenus noticed this unusual thing. A few moments later he realized it. The creature in front of him was not human.

Gin might look like a human, had a heart, and breathes. But he wasn't. The disaster was not a living thing. Since they were not alive, they couldn't die.

Amenus laughed at his own stupidity. No matter how strong he was, he would never kill Gin. His power was useless in front of most immortal beings.

Gin felt no pain. If he could feel pain, the fire burning inside his body would be even more painful.

The hole in his chest slowly covered itself and Gin started attacking again. Once Amenus was off guard, Gin drew Gargan through his stomach.

Slaaash!

He then slashed to the left, slitting Amenus' stomach in half.

Amenus' eyes widened. He didn't see Gin's movements, Gin was faster than him.

But Amenus did not die. His shadow became bigger, moving behind him like smoke.

"You won't get your disaster core!"

Amenus' shadow enveloped him. His body sank into the black shadow and then vanished like smoke.

Gin had attacked him for one last time, but it was in vain. Amenus was gone.

[WARNING!]

[You're running out of mana!]

[You're running out of mana!]

The fire in Gin's eyes dimmed, and his eyes turned red as before. But his eyes were blank, there was no soul in his body. His skin fused back together, forming normal human skin. His ocean blue hair turned white and shortened. He was back like the previous Gin.

Gin's body slowly lost its balance. He fell like paper and landed heavily on the ground. An extremely loud thump sounded and a hole was formed as he fell.

"Wake up!"

Gin opened his eyes. A woman's voice made him wake up with a gasp. He glanced right and left. Dark. In front of him, there was a path. Each side was overgrown with grass with small flowers like lavender.

But the darkness ate up the road slowly. Gin couldn't see what was at the end of the road. His body felt light as he stepped on the footpath.

"Where am I?" Gin muttered under his breath.

"Inside the system." The voice replied.

"Are you the oracle?"

It wasn't the first time Gin had been taken to a strange place. He was getting used to this kind of vision. He was calm until he remembered that he still had Amenus to fight.

"Take me back! I have to kill him!"

Gin stepped back. Maybe if he walked backward he could return to his body.

But when he stepped back, his body fell. He realized there was no path behind him, only a hole in the darkness. Too late to realize, Gin's body floated down into the hole.

"No!"

His hands tried to grab anything in front of him, it was useless because nothing could help him.

But when he opened his eyes, he suddenly was standing in front of the path earlier. He looked back and the hole was still there.

Gin gulped. The falling sensation was very real.

"Do you want to heal the worlds?"

"No. I will destroy them."

The sound rang out as a golden light appeared. A woman stood behind the light. Her hair was golden, not just blonde but really sparkling gold. Her skin shone very beautifully and her pointed ears were like elves.

"Are you an elf?"

The woman did not answer. She approached Gin. Her pretty soft hand grabbed Gin's cheek and rubbed it gently.

"Find me and you will get your disaster core back."

"Who are you?"

Without answering Gin, the woman's figure slowly disappeared, becoming one with the darkness.
