Thank Goodness

Stefan glared hard at her with his hand folded to his back. Ariel remained still and couldn’t bring herself to say anything to him. He shook his head vehemently, nodded his head and went off.

Ariel could finally breath properly. She placed her hand on her chest with a deep breath tracing out of her mouth. “Gosh! Why didn’t that good for nothing inform me that Stefan was here as well. I’m so going to kill him” she vowed as she found her way to the tech office where they were.

They were all seated on their chairs and looked extremely tensed. The moment they saw me walk in, they sprung to their feet with urgency and walked up to me.

“Thank goodness you are here already,” James who had phoned her said with a bright smile laced to his brows. Ariel stared at him with disdain as a loud hiss trailed from her lips.

“So what is going wrong here? Why are you finding it difficult to create a wall of defense?”
