“What’s in the wrapped gift?”

Rebecca asked with interest to know what else Dominic’s father sent.

Grace unwrapped the box with curiosity as well.

“Oh my! Look! It’s a silver necklace.”

Grace couldn't help but feel a bit uneasy. “It looks quite expensive.”

Looking at the intricate and exquisite craftsmanship, it was obviously not cheap.

First, Dominic helped her pull strings to get the invitations, and now he even asked his father to give her such an expensive gift.

Wasn’t this too much?

But before she could refuse, Dominic spoke up in admiration, as if he knew beforehand.

“I knew it! This necklace indeed suits you perfectly.”

“You should wear it tonight at the banquet. It will make a stunning impression and turn heads.”

Dominic suggested eagerly.

Inwardly, he couldn’t help but praise his father for being so helpful.

He had never asked his father to help him prepare a gift for Grace, yet he did it!

“Grace, do you see how cons
