“Isn’t there justice for us?”

“Why don’t you fight back? Why do you want to be brought here and traded like this?” Javer asked in a whisper to one of the girls. Alessio seemed to be busy talking to one of the men there. Maybe they’re talking about their next business or strategy.

“What way should we fight? We’re just weak women who, of course, lose when compared to them. We’re not people surrounded by possessions and can rely on or pay anyone to defend ourselves against men like them. Some of the girls on this side of me, even giving herself up voluntarily just for the sake of money and just wanting to survive.”

Javer looked back at the girls one by one. They don’t even have the energy now to just raise their voice, let alone to defend themselves and run away from here. Javer felt something in his heart churning violently. He felt that there was a hot person there that he could no longer endure for a long time. He wanted to let it out right now.
