CEO Lawson paused at first as though he couldn't tell who it was, but a moment later, he suddenly exclaimed in surprise, "Mr. Norman? Young Master Norman?"

"Yes." Max hummed in response.

The other man was still taken aback but he soon collected himself, and his voice became low and very respectful. "Young Master, you're welcome back to the family. I've always wanted to meet you."

Max's tone was still neutral and lucid. He leaned on the wall of the washroom and responded, "I'll resume to the company soon, so we'll meet."

"That's good. That's good," the CEO responded with a laugh. "I heard from the Chairman's secretary that you'll be attending our banquet tonight. I'm currently on a business trip to Vienna. Otherwise, I would have personally come to receive you. Is there anything you need me to do?"

"Yeah," Max answered airily. "I got here now and was barred from entering."
