003: Edward Jones Downfall

"It is possible, Edward! I made that possible!" Chris said and Edward crawled to his feet, crying "Please, Chris! Give us one more chance! I promise to compensate you for everything you lost today!"

Chris bent low, stepping on Edward fingers as he remembered how he was beaten mercilessly by those men in the prison.

"Ahhhhh! It hurts" Edward cried but Chris only added more pressure in stepping on his fingers.

"I'd consider forgiving you if you go ahead and lick my shoes. They seemed to be dusty!"

"I'll do that for you, ASAP!" Edward assured and brought out his tongue only to lick Chris's shoes. He washed Chris's shoes with his tongue and when he was done, the shoes were sparkling black!

"Here you go, My Lord! I've licked your shoes to your satisfaction. Please can we have a taste of your mercy?" Edward added and his father knelt before Chris to also beg "Please, Chris. You know we're one big family. Your dad was my cousin. Consider our relationship and have mercy on us!"

Mister Jones's statement only made Chris angrier. He couldn't help but remember how Mister Jones and his wife threw him out of their house when he lost his dad. He grabbed Mr Jones by his collar and yelled "Shut your trash, you ungrateful man! You and your family deserve to be wrath in hell after everything you did to my late father!"

"As if that wasn't enough, you made the judge extend my terms in jail after I served my three year sentence. You fuckin' made the court add extra two years just for your son! Do you think I'll forget that easily?"

Chris said, taking Mr Jones’s thoughts back to when Edward forced him to extend Chris's jail term.

He turned to Edward and slapped him once again before turning to Chris "He asked me to do those things to you, My Lord! Edward made me extend your jail term!"

"Okay then!" Chris said and grabbed a seat. He added, "If you know that your son made you do that, he deserves his punishment, am I right?"

"Yes, he deserves to suffer for that!" Mr Jones added and Chris sipped his wine before crossing his legs. "I want you to make him pay for leading you astray. Punish him in any way you can!" Chris said and Mr Jones stood up immediately and slapped Edward once more.

As he slapped Edward, Alice was lost in so many thoughts. She knew that these people have gone down and nothing will ever make them go back to their wealth. She touched her mom and silently said "We have to leave right now, Mom! Chris managed to get on Miss Poison's good side and Edward is done for! I still have a company to manage and I can't go down with these people!"

Katherine nodded and they stylishly left the banquet. As they left with style, Chris smiled at them. He has more plans for them so he lets them escape.

Mr Jones has been slapping his son for a while now and the young man couldn't take it. To defend himself, he pushed his father to a chair but just when his dad wanted to land on the chair, Chris rolled his finger and magically moved the chair backward so that Mr Jones would fall to the ground.

Just as Mr Jones fell, he hit his dead on the floor and blood started flowing everywhere.

"He's dead!" Confirmed Miss Poison! Edward rushed to his father "No, this can't be possible! Hell no!" He wept but a voice echoed from behind "Mr Edward Jones, you're under arrest for the mother of your father. You're advised to keep quiet because anything you say here will be used against you in the court of law!"

Edward turned and saw the police holding a handcuff. He walked to Chris and yelled "You did this right? You wanted my father dead, that's why you asked him to hit me! You'll surely pay for this, Chris!"

"I won't be paying for anything, Edward! Instead, you'll be paying for a crime you committed. Just like how you sent me to jail, I am sending you there as well. But there is a very big difference between you and me!"

"First of all, I served my term in jail for Five years but contrary to that, you'll be serving a life penance. You'll spend the rest of your life in jail!"

"When you get to jail, tell them that Chris Loner brought you down!" Chris said and attempted to walk out when Edward yelled "Don't rejoice yet because you'll be facing the wrath of The Jones! I am not the only member of my family... You'll taste their wrath, especially the wrath of Benjamin Burton! Mark my words, they'll bring you down!"

"Really?" Chris inquired, turning back to Edward "Well, I'm ready to deal with them! You don't have to remind me about Benjamin, not like he's still a member of the Jones. But if he comes for revenge, then I'll deal with him mercilessly!"

"Officers, take him away!" Edward added and walked out with Miss Poison and the Dragon Gang.

Getting outside the banquet, Chris watched the police take Edward away and later directed to Miss Poison "I want you to keep my identity anonymous until I say so..."

"Yes, Sir!" Miss Poison responded and Chris entered his luxurious car worth $10.6 billion. The moment the driver wanted to drive away, a young lady approached Miss Poison.

"Please, Ma. I've been wanting to meet you for a very long time now!" She said, but Miss Poison attempted to walk out.

"Please, Ma. Our company would love to cooperate with the Dragon Group. It will really mean a lot to us, Ma..."

"We don't have such time, Miss. I advise you to go to the recruiting management. They may consider you" Miss Poison said and Chris looked out to the beautiful young lady, average height and model body.

He knows her!

"Ava!" He said to himself as he quickly remembered how Ava tried to stop him from taking the blame for Alice. Ava was his childhood best friend and he'd love to grant her this contract.

"I'll sign the papers!" He said to Miss Poison who collected the papers from Ava and handed them to Chris.

Without reading the documents, Chris signed them and handed them over to Miss Poison. But just as Miss Poison wanted to collect the documents, Ava noticed the face of the young man in the car.

"Hold on!" She directed to Miss Poison immediately and started walking closer to the car!
