004: Shouldn't Mess With The Dragon Lord

"What do you want?" Miss Poison inquired and Ava came to a halt. "I hope you know the meaning of Trespassing your boundaries. We assigned you a job and you want to see the boss?" Miss Poison added.

"No, Ma. I thought I saw a friend, Chris. The boss looks so much like him" Ava explained but Miss Poison ignored her and walked to the car. As she walked out, Ava bowed before her happily. She couldn't believe that she got a $3 billion contract with the Dragon Group. She'll surely be promoted in Asstas group for this contract.

She was happy but at the same time, bothered about the person she saw earlier. "He looks so much like Chris!" She thought to herself "but Chris is still in jail or has he been bailed?"

"Nevertheless, I'll inform the Prestons about this and they'll be very happy to hear that we finally secured this contract!"

While Ava was rejoicing about the contract she bagged, Chris was bothered on how they've been managing for the past five years. He asked Miss Poison to get him all the information about Ava and her family as he has a plan for them.

Miss Poison gathered around their telecom and all the information regarding Ava and her family were displayed.

"Five years ago after your conviction, Ava graduated from university and found herself a job at Asstas Group. She's been working there for ages now and has been receiving several promotions but today's promotion was top notch. She has been promoted to a Manager at Asstas Group because of the contract she bagged"

"In addition to this, her Mom is turning 40 today so she decided to celebrate it massively. The party has been scheduled to take place tonight!" Miss Poison added and Chris asked her immediately "At where?"

"The party will be held at Reddit Villa. Mrs Nile has a massive connection so she has invited many influential people within and outside the States! Ava Nile also has a man whom her Mom wishes for her to marry!"

"Forgive me my Lord but do you wish to attend the party?" Miss Poison added and Chris smiled in a mysterious tone. "I'd love to be close to Ava to compensate them for all the trouble I caused them while I was in jail. Aside from that, I'd love to meet this same person whom you said is interested in marrying Ava!"

Night came so fast and the Reddit Villa was shining in brightness. Mrs Karen Nile came from a wealthy family and spent extravagantly so she had prepared her birthday celebration specially.

Birthday songs were sung and her husband, Josh Nile, presented her a beautiful gift. Ava wished her mom a happy birthday.

Karen announced that she has someone special she wishes to introduce everyone to, keeping them at the edge of their seats.

When she was handed the microphone, she said "Turning 40, I'm sure you all know that I am ready to have a grandchild or even grandchildren..."

Hearing this, Ava knows that her Mom is up at telling her to find a husband for herself. Karen proceeded, "Well, I didn't have to search the heavens for a good son-in-law because God provided me with one!"

"Ladies and gentlemen, welcome on stage, my handsome son-in-law, Mr..." She said and before she could complete it, someone spoke up "Mr Chris Loner!"

Everyone looked back and saw Chris! He was wearing ordinary attire as if he was poor and standing at the entrance of the banquet.

"Chris!" Ava couldn't help but smile, it's her first time in Five years she saw Chris last.

As Chris walked forward, Karen squeezed her fists! She has never liked Chris for once and now he walked to her party unannounced.

Getting to the stage, Chris attempted to touch Karen's feet but she stepped back angrily and pushed him away "How dare you walk into my party unannounced and who gave you the authority to call yourself my son-in-law?"

"I was only joking, Aunt! I never meant those words..." Chris responded but a voice said immediately after him "And who gave you the power to play with my title? Or aren't you aware that I am Ava's soon to be husband?"

Chris looked back and saw Benjamin Burton. He was taller than Ava but the same height as Chris. He had tattoos around on his hands, adding to his cuteness.

Seeing Benjamin, Chris couldn't help but remember how Benjamin visited him in jail only to send more men to beat him up.

"I can't even imagine an ex-convict taking my place as the son-in-law of the Niles!" Benjamin said, his tone infused with mockery.

"I may take anything from you, Benjamin but I'll never take it likely with you if you call me an ex-convict!" Chris added, his tone rising in anger.

"What will you do, Chris? Do you think you're capable of beating me off at marrying Ava? I am a million times richer than you, you crazy psycho!" Benjamin said and Chris clenched his fists tightly. He is trying very hard to control his temper but Benjamin's words won't stop irritating him.

Karen stepped up and walked Benjamin to the stage "I'm so sorry about that, Mr Burton. Pardon Chris's stupidity!"

Benjamin turned to Karen and said "I have so many gifts to present to you today but how will I do that when this trash is here?"

"What do you want me to do to him?" Karen asked.

"Throw him out of here!" Benjamin responded with a cruel voice and some guards gathered around Chris. They wanted to pull Chris away but he closed his eyes and rolled his fingers, only for chairs to follow the lead of his fingers and lastly hit the men to their knees.

As everyone wondered how Chris was able to do that, he said to Benjamin "Why don't you show us what you want to give Aunt Karen first? After that, I'll leave!"

Chris's words sounded funny to Benjamin who walked closer to him and snapped his fingers.

Immediately he snapped his fingers, three women entered the banquet with different valuables covered with an ancient royal attire and placed on golden trays. As they walked in, everyone opened their mouths in surprise.

"Benjamin walked forward to where they placed the trays. He opened the first tray and said "This is the Chinese Ancient Statue existing for two centuries, it is worth $300 million!"

He opened the second tray and added "A box of luxury, consisting of ten Diamond necklaces, five pendants made of glass, and a golden wrist watch. Summing to a total of $500.7 million!"

Lastly, he walked to the last tray and uncovered it "This is the key to the third most expensive villa in Sera, The United Villa. It's worth $1.5 billion!"

Walking out of the trays, the Guests clapped for him as Karen couldn't believe her eyes. Before she could thank Benjamin, he already walked to Chris and inquired "This is what I bought for Mrs Nile! You've seen it, so show me, what do you have to give her on her birthday?"

"Do you want me to show you what I've got?" Chris inquired, his smile arrogantly displayed.

Benjamin nodded and he walked straight to the place where all the items were dropped.

As everyone wondered what he went there to do, Chris started scattering all the valuables. He grabbed all the ornaments, the wrist watch and necklace, and broke them into pieces. He broke the statue and before Benjamin could get close to him, he used his powers to break the key to the villa into two.

"How dare you?" Benjamin fumed but Chris smiled instantly and responded "What do you mean by that? Do you still need me or anybody to tell you that everything here is fake and the total is approximately $10 million which is because the villa you got for Mrs Nile is the 30th ranked villa in Sera?"

"Do you wanna deny it? I have enough evidence to back it up! The answers are on you! Are these items Fake Or Real?" Chris yelled, leaving Benjamin dumbfounded!
