Chapter One Hundred And Fifty Two

Henry stood on the dimly lit street corner, nervously adjusting his worn-out jacket. He had always considered himself a decent person, but desperation had a way of changing one's perspective.

The chilly night air sent shivers down his spine as he scanned the surroundings for the familiar face of the drug dealer he'd heard about.

As if summoned by his thoughts, a tall, shadowy figure approached. The streetlamp overhead revealed the hardened lines on the dealer's face and the glint in his eyes that suggested a life of illicit dealings. This was Henry's last resort.

"Hey there," Henry stammered, trying to sound confident as he approached the man. "You're the one they call... well, you know."

The drug dealer gave Henry a scrutinising look before responding, "Yeah, that's me. What do you want?"
