Chapter 05

Oliver nodded to the girl after he had already looked out of the car window and the car stopped.

“Look, I am very busy at the moment and I don’t have time to spare to listen to your nonsense.” He said into the phone.

Sienna got really angry, she had also heard the girl’s voice and got jealous. She didn’t think that Oliver would go ahead and date again so quickly.

The thought of Oliver dating the new girl was making anger flash through her veins. She wanted to hurt the girl but she has no right.

She thought that Oliver was also dating the girl or they wouldn’t be going out together for the girl to tell him that they’ve arrived.

She sneered and clenched her fist in anger as she held the phone very tightly to her ear and breathed in heavily.

“I’m trying really hard, as hard as I can to make sure things work out for you but you’re just going to ignore me?” Sienna asked angrily.

“Look, Sienna, just like I said earlier, I don’t have the time to have unnecessary conversations with you now.” Oliver answered but that even made Sienna angrier.

“You really have the guts to ignore my goodwill and get yourself busy by dating another girl?!” She finally let the words out.

Oliver was speechless, he was surprised that Sienna would think he moved on so easily but he was more surprised to realize that she doesn’t want him to move on.

She was being ridiculous and he’s not going to waste his time with her.

“Whatever.” Oliver sighed and hung the call up. Sienna was shocked that Oliver would hang up on her because he has never done that to her before.

“What?” Her mother asked, “What did he say?” She asked again when Sienna didn’t answer the first time.

“He must hand over the house you gave to him to compensate Austin otherwise I’ll call the police and have him arrested.” Delilah continued angrily.

Her daughter hasn’t said anything since she finished talking to Oliver and she desperately wanted to know what they talked about but Sienna was annoyed.

She was really upset with everything going on with her ex-husband and how he’s with another woman and her mother’s cry got her even more annoyed.

“Enough!” Sienna shouted, shunning her mother and taking her mother and brother by surprise. Anger shot through her and without saying another word, she went back to her room.

Delilah and Austin were both shocked by Sienna’s reaction but Delilah promised her son that she’ll get the house back from Oliver.

Oliver and the girl got out of the car and went inside the Villa, he could already feel some strange energy as they approached the girl’s grandfather’s room.

They got inside the house and Oliver saw the lord he had saved last year, he was surprised because the man is supposed to be strong and healthy but he wasn’t.

Instead, the rich Lord was so weak, fragile and unhealthy and it also seemed like they’ve tried calling different doctors.

“Strange,” a young doctor examining him said as she opened his eyes to check it, “this is really strange.” She added.

The young doctor finally closed the lord’s eyes and switched off the tiny flashlight she used to examine his eyes before checking his pulse.

She looked really confused because a case like this is not one she has seen in the medical field so she had no idea what to do.

“Oh you’re here,” she said when she saw the young girl with Oliver, she had to explain the lord’s situation to the girl.

“We’ve done a series of tests and examinations and every result came out good.” She explained but the girl looked lost.

“What does that mean?” The girl asked, she looked really scared of losing her grandfather but Oliver was unbothered.

“It means that all the examinations are good which, medically, indicates that Lord Tate is fine but he’s still unconscious.” The young doctor explained with a frown.

The girl smiled and assured the doctor that nothing was going to happen to her grandfather because she already brought someone to check him.

“He will check my grandfather and I know that he’s going to save him.” The girl assured the doctor with a comforting smile.

The doctor was confused because she didn’t think anyone could save the lord. Also, the man she came with doesn’t look like a doctor.

“Him?” She scoffed as she pointed at Oliver but the girl nodded and said yes.

“He doesn’t even look like a doctor or anything.” The young doctor told the girl with a more intense frown.

“Look,” she started as she pulled the girl aside, she felt somehow about letting Oliver examine the man.

“I don’t think Lord Tate should be in the hands of a man that doesn’t look like he knows what he’s doing.” The young doctor explained.

Oliver smiled because even though he was far from them, he could still hear what they were saying.

“I know but this man is experienced, he saved my grandfather once, he can do it again.” The girl explained to the doctor.

The doctor still had a horrible feeling about Oliver, she doesn’t like him and she made sure that he knew that.

She frowned and walked away from the girl so that she could stand in front of Oliver and talk to him properly.

“What medical school did you graduate from?” She asked Oliver who only smiled at her.

He never graduated with any medical degree but he knew really well that he could save the lord.

“I never went to a medical school.” Oliver said nonchalantly and the doctor frowned in anger before turning to look at the girl.

“Are you kidding me?” She asked the girl who only shrugged, “he has no medical degree and you bring him here.” The young doctor said.

“How can he save Lord Tate without a medical degree?!” She asked angrily.

“It’s Lord Tate’s life and not a joke!”
