There was a commotion, and Arthur and Irina even stood up from their seats as soon as they found out who the woman behind the veil was.

Whispers spread among the guests while the clueless priest prepared to continue the ceremony. Glenn raised his finger at the priest, signalling him not to proceed.

"Where is my bride?!" Glenn snapped, staring sharply at Amber.

Amber pretended innocence, "Well, you're looking at her," she said, pointing at herself.

Glenn's jaw tensed, and he left the altar with heavy steps to find his real bride.

"My groom! Where are you going? Don't leave your bride to bear the shame..." Amber pleaded with her nauseating act.

Benjamin came half-running towards Glenn, "What's going on? Where are you going?" he asked confusedly, but when he saw the bride at the altar, "Oh..
