"Love, where are you going?!" Hazel shouted, trying to catch up with her husband. But she was too late as Glenn seemed not to hear her and had already gotten into the car.

She saw her husband in a hurry to meet someone who was speaking on the phone with him. Hazel furrowed her brows, 'What urgent matter is making him rush like this, leaving me without saying goodbye?' thought Hazel.

But then she speculated if it might be bad news from his parents-in-law, and she called Irina.

"Hi, darling. Are you guys close by?" Irina asked directly, assuming Hazel told them they were going to the Smith mansion.

Once again, Hazel was puzzled because Irina's voice sounded ordinary as if nothing was happening.

"No, mother… Uh… Is there something going on, Mother? Glenn seems to be leaving in a hurry; I thought something bad had happened to you both," Hazel finally asked, unable to hide her curiosity.

"No, darling… Your father is here too, relaxing and having his afternoon tea," Irina replied. Hazel cou
