I'm thirsty.

Bailey dialled her friend Diana's number, and at the second ring, Diana picked up.

“Hi,” Diana said.

“What's up honey?“ Bailey asked.

“I'm good, it's been a while I heard from you, how have you been? And how's your mum?“ Diana asked. Bailey became silent. Unable to speak.

“That's really why I called you,” Bailey said.

“What's wrong?“ You sound worried.

“That is because I am worried. Look Diana, I need your help, and I don't know who else to go to, I really have no one,”

“I—It's alright, tell me, what do you want? You've been there for Mr, ever since we were a child. If it's something I could do, trust me, I'll help,” Diana said.

Bailey took a few seconds, wondering if she should go ahead and tell Diana about the plan, that someone had hacked the phone, and could be listening to the conversation.

“I travelled out of the state, but I'll be back tomorrow, or next. How about we meet up at our favourite coffee shop. I'll let you know once I return,” Bailey said.
