Chapter 4: Meeting Butler Lee

As he kept on holding her hands, he felt something falling to the ground, he looked only to see the folded paper even more squeezed.

With curiosity at its peak, he opened the paper hastily. Only to see some words in bold letter, well inscripted "We really need you to run the villa and the companies all over the world for us. We really want you back Mr. Harrison and we miss you!"

Elliot was confused, was this paper meant for him? Or did the doctor gave him the wrong paper? Or was he mistaken for someone else?

He asked these questions with no particular answer as they flushed through his mind in one go.

Beads of sweat formed around his face, as he thought on. Just then, the door slightly opened enough for him to see the face he has always dreaded for years ever since he was born.

The face looked at him with eyes pleadingly. Elliot stared at him with bulging eyes, his fist were tightened and his veins were visible.

"You!! What do you think you're doing here?" Elliot yelled, his voice resounded through out the room.

His past memories flushed through his mind as he stared at the man's face. He probably has grown older than those times, wrinkles visible at some part of his face.

"Elliot, you've grown so much to become an handsome young man." Butler Lee said softly as he slowly walked towards Elliot.

Elliot stood up sharply, pointing fiercelessly at the man opposite him. He hated every moment of it! This was just absurd!

Elliot scoffed, "Oh! This just begins to make sense, you paid for my Nana's bills, right?"

Butler Lee stood there, staring fixated at Elliot's eyes, not saying a word so Elliot took it as a yes.

Before anything could be said, Elliot pointed towards the door, "Get out, your presence irks me out."

Butler Lee walked towards Elliot, even more closer and handed him another paper, then left.

Elliot stared on, fuming in anger. He held his head in great pains, memories he had always longed to forget came back flooding to his head. It was just too painful!

Little Elliot knelt down with tears flowing freely down his chubby cheeks, a middle aged woman knelt beside him as they both cried heartily.

Another middle aged man stood as if he wasn't moved, staring blankly at the duo crying. "Just get out of here."  He said as calm as ever, his eyes looking at the woman with nothing but pure hatred.

"Please, Henry, I beg of you. Just think about your child, what would become of him, if we left." She cried out.

The man scoffed, was this woman in front of him joking?

The man looked at Butler Lee straight forward, "Get them out of here." He said and walked out majestically.

The woman tried running after him, but she was pushed away forcefully, resulting to a slight brain loss.

Elliot still held his head, tears streamed down his face, those memories were too heavy and painful to relive. No! Never! He couldn't just accept their pleas like that.

He squeezed his Nana's hand gently, quietly wishing his mother was here to witness their greatest enemy beg them.

He looked at the paper folded in his hands, boldly inscripted on it was one of the most biggest companies in New York City.

He scoffed, "Of course, they would have one of the biggest companies in the world, they were filthy rich" He said internally.

His life was starting to get him confused, part of him wanted to accept this, but another part of him doesn't wants to give in easily.

"These people hurt me and my mother" He muttered under his breath.

In a large company, murmuring and little sounds were heard faintly in a closed large room in which one could easily get that a meeting was going on.

Hannah sat still as her eyes pierced at everyone in the room. People were gathered chattering away while she sat there lonely.

Ever since she got engaged to Elliot, people avoided her like a plague, her own family made her to seem like nothing but a stranger.

She sighed, peeking at the entrance every now and then waiting for Lady Hart. Out of a sudden, sounds of shoes clinging softly to the floor was clearly heard moving towards the room, and soon enough, the door was widely open enough to see the face of a vibrant woman who seemed to look younger every minute.

At her presence, everyone stood up signifying respect.  A smile crept her lips, her vibrant red gown which stood elegantly on her well curved body, dangling golden ear rings dangled around her ear with her wavy dark hair, she walked towards her seat.

She smiled yet again, "You may all have your seat." And at her command, everyone sat down and waited for her to speak, then she continued, "Our Stock has been falling recently, any ideas why?"

She asked, looking around only to be answered with silence. Her anger brew to it's peak!

"What is this? Are this people trying to humiliate me?" She asked herself. Out of great anger, she banged the table harshly enough for everyone to face down.

The atmosphere became tense, everyone's heart skipped, they instantly knew they were all in trouble. Hannah on the other hand, sat still, not moving an inch, she didn't want to get noticed or she was doomed, her Grandmother already hated her enough.

"What is all this?" She yelled piercing daggers at everyone present, she burned in anger. Her once vibrant smile turned to a deathly glare.

"Can't you all answer me?" She yelled yet again.

Nobody dared talk, they shivered in fear at the woman in front of them. Everywhere was quiet as a graveyard, time seemed to pass by as slow as hell. It was a painful and slow moment for everyone.

Hannah muttered quietly, but it seemed it was not that quiet enough for Lady Hart not to hear. Her deathly glare shifted to her grand-daughter, "Anything you care to share with us, Hannah?" She asked, a smirk on her face as her eyes glistened.

Hannah looked up, her eyes widened in shock!
