Chapter 6: Young Master Harrison

"Of course Young Master Harrison."  He said happily.

Elliot felt irritated by those words, but he still needed to think this through tonight, but for now, he's made up his mind temporarily, "Don't call me that, I can still change my mind." And with that, he hung up.

Elliot stared at the bag in his hands and sighed, the picture of Hannah being sad just a moment ago for something he could help out with only if he made the right decision made his stomach churn.

"I just have to do it for Hannah, I love her, and I wouldn't let her down, then I'd be worthy to be her husband."  He muttered and smiled to himself.

He began imagining them holding a grand wedding, and him, being the CEO of one of the most wealthiest companies in the country.

"It's going to be a dream come true!" He sighed happily, he walked over to Hannah's house to drop off her bag in his bike.

~~~~~~~~
Minutes later, he arrived at the huge mansion painted creamish in colour, the huge black gate obviously covered most of the beauties of the house. He walked in, gently pushing the gate open and knocking on the main house.
 Several knocks later, the door was opened gently only for Elliot to see the face of Hannah's younger sister.
A frown immediately made it's way on her lips the moment she saw him. She thought it would be her elder sister's suitor.
"What do you want?" She asked sharply with a cold tone, even her face emitted hatred.
Elliot handed the bag over to her without saying a word.
She scoffed, "I wonder why Hannah would think of you so worthy to hand this bag over to you, who knows if you've stolen anything in it. And to even think she wants to make you her husband, what a joke!" She looked up at him and continued,  "Obviously, your dirty, unwashed hands stained the bags already."
Elliot boiled in anger, he was way older than this girl, why would she talk to him that way.
"Watch your tone, Hilda" He growled, his face colour changed.
Hilda was shocked, she stared at him in awe, "How dare you talk back at me, it's better you think before talking, young man." She quickly replied, though she was afraid, she didn't wanted to let her guards down in front of him.
Elliot tried controlling his anger, this girl was getting on his nerves, but there was nothing a low-life like him could do.
Without saying anything, he walked away.
~~~~~~

The birds chirped loudly, the cool morning breeze blew soundly and cooly. The sound of Elliot's bike whooshing back and forth slowly enveloped the air.

The road was quiet as Elliot walked about with packages in both hands. He shivered as he walked about delivering the packages to each door.

His fists hardened, and his face turned sour as he remembered the words Hilda said to him, 'I wonder why Hannah would think of you so worthy to hand her bag over to you. And to even think she wants to make you her husband, what a joke!'

His face reddened, he hated his life, he detest his lifestyle, he hated being a penny pincher, and been looked down on everytime.

His hair looked tattered, he was unkempt, his clothes looked rugged and his hair, uncombed.

He sighed, walking slowly towards the last door, to deliver the last package for the day before heading on home.

As soon as he put the last package on the last door, his pocket vibrated loudly. With a disgustful hiss, he brought out his phone.

"Hello? To whom am I speaking to?" He asked immediately, waiting for the caller's answer.

His eyes were trying to close, but he forced it open. It was clearly obvious that he was about to sleep and was tired.

After a long silence, Butler Lee's voice spoke carefully but elegantly at the other side of the phone.  "Mr. Harrison, we might have to meet right now, I'm probably going to busy all through out the whole day. Sorry for any inconvenience."

Elliot sighed, he was getting bad feelings for all this, or should he just say he wasn't interested anymore. But on the other hand, he needed what they wanted to offer him.

His heart skipped a beat the moment Butler Lee talked again, "Are you there, Mr. Harrison?"  He asked with curiosity.

He cleared his throat, "Of course I am." He said and continued "Please send me the address and I'll be there soon." He said with a little hint of coldness.

Butler Lee laughed heartily, making Elliot confused, then he said, "No need for that Mr. Harrison, I'll send over the Rolls Royce to pick you up at your house."

Elliot was getting more and more confused, "How did you know my house?"

Butler Lee was already getting tired of these silly questions, but he tried to keep his cool, "Don't worry about that Mr. Harrison, all of that has been taken care of."

And before he could say or ask of anything else, the call was ended.

Elliot's mind rumbled, he hoped he was making the right decision.

He walked over to his bike and he drove off carefully over to Hannah's house to explain everything to her.

He arrived at her house in no time and knocked on the door continously.

"Hilda Honey, please go check who's at the door." A middle aged voice spoke from the room.

That was Hannah's mother voice, one of the voices that sent shivers down his spine, one of the voices he always dreaded to hear.

Not long, the door was opened ajar by Hilda.

Elliot could feel something bad was going to happen, but he shoved that feeling to the back of his head.

Immediately Hilda saw him, the big smile on her face turned into a scowl.

"I even thought it was someone better that we were expecting." She scowled back at him.

He didn't even bother to answer her question, he tried peeking inside the house, "Is Hannah home? I'd love to see her."

Hilda laughed outrageously, "You'd better leave, it's not going to be good if Hannah's date meet you her, and you're claiming to be her fiancé."
