The chirping birds who always found their way to Liam’s window each morning were already pecking at his window and as usual, he was angry with them.

Using his pillow to cover his ears, he sank deep into his bed, trying to get more sleep to make up for being late to bed last night after studying until after midnight.

Annoyed, he tossed the pillow aside and with a frown on his face, he walked towards his window and then chased the birds away.

“I need to put up a mini scarecrow to chase them off.” He scoffed, returning to his bed.

Just as he was about to fall back and resumed sleeping,his phone which was resting on his study table began to buzz. With a scowl this time around, he stormed towards the table.
