CHAPTER HUNDRED AND EIGHT Maria had left and it was just Jake and Kate in their room. He sat on one of the couches deep in thought while she sat at the edge of the bed, cautiously observing him. He had been acting weird since he returned and she had wanted to ask if something was wrong but she couldn't muster the courage to do so. CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND NINE Owen sat on one of the couches in the sitting room as he waited for Tamara to come in. He had asked one of the guards to ask the others to let her in and for about twenty minutes he had been waiting but there was no sign of her.
