Where am I?

"Awaked! Hunters! These are words that symbolise fame, honour, wealth and prestige! however things weren't always like this"

"It was the year 3000, just as the world was celebrating entering a new millennium, giant gates appeared all over the world!

However, before anyone could react thousands of beings that could only be described as monsters rushed out of the gate.

Some had four arms, others were as large as the tallest buildings while some were made of pure elements immune to physical attacks; this would later be called 'The age of monsters' by us of later generations."

Standing in front of a group of students, was a light-skinned red-haired beauty, coupled with her blood red pupils she had a look that stood out anywhere in the crowd.

With a look of passion, She began to explain the glorious history and development of mankind

Unfortunately not everyone seemed to be as engrossed as during her explanation, her eyes made contact with a certain student sleeping at the back of the classroom.

"Arthur, wake up!"

With veins on the side of her head, she shouted trying to wake him up, unfortunately he still slept soundly even releasing a slight snore.

"Hahaha As expected of Sleeping God Author, I wonder what Miss Rena is going to do to him this time"

"I bet she'll tie him upside down from the school roof!"

"Nahh too old school, bet she'll throw him in the school lake!"

"I bet-"

"I be-"

Think of their beautiful but violent teacher, flurries of bets took place as the classmates were obviously used to this situation.

"Bam!"

"Quiet!"

Just as the situation was getting out of hand, a loud bang sounded bringing back everyone's attention.

"Is there anybody who would like to say something to the class?" facing the class with a smile that wasn't a smile everyone couldn't help but feel a shiver down their spine.

"I'll take that as a no, now all of you shut up for me!"

Not giving them a chance to reply, she immediately took back control of the noisy class.

"Yes ma'am!"

"Yes ma'am!"

"Yes ma'am!"

Seeing the serious attitude of her students a smug smile couldn't help but appear on her face, however, thinking of the class 'sleeping god' she couldn't help but get a headache.

"Elric, go and wake up Arthur"

With a slight sigh, she motioned for a student who was couldn't be called the literal description of being 'Born with a golden spoon in your mouth'

Elric Magiea the class representative, with good looks, a powerful family background, perfect attendance, and excellent scores in both literary and martial classes he seemed to be the perfect student unfortunately due to his family background it came with an unwarranted arrogance.

"Yes miss Reyna, I'll wake him up now" feeling the gaze of envy in the crowd he couldn't help but give a polite smile back, however, there was a deep disdain in his eyes.

"Tch I can't believe I have to stay with these pariahs once I find what the family needs, I can leave this city and join a top hunter guild" top hunter guild, thinking of this Elric's breath sped up.

"It looks like I'll have to put in more effort" at this point, he had already reached the front of Arthur's desk.

"Arthur wake up" tapping him gently on his back unfortunately there was no response.

However, no matter how much he shouted or shook him there was no response.

Seeing the unresponsive Arthur, his classmates seemed to be about to burst into a second wave of laughter 

"ha-ha"

"ha-ha don't laugh, Miss Reyna would get angry again"

"As expected of sleeping God!"

Hearing the muffled laughter all around him, Elric  who was always used to people fawning over him immediately felt a feeling of embarrassment sweep over him.

"Damn pariahs, just you wait!" Just as he was about to try waking him up again, the person in question suddenly jumped off his seat.

"Don't kill me!!" the sudden shout made him fall to the ground losing his balance

After a wave of silence, Arthur's wake up reaction seemed to be the last straw as an unbridled burst of laughter erupted from the class.

"ha-ha"

"ha-ha" I'm dead"

"Sleeping God strikes again"

"ha-ha"

"In terms of sleeping, I Davis would like to call you the strongest!"

Hearing the sudden laughter around him a sense of confusion filled the now awakening Arthur's mind.

"Where am I? wasn't I run over by a truck?" Thinking back to his last memory, he got hit by a truck trying to save a little girl from being hit.

"I wonder if she made it out safely" however he quickly shook his head, looking at the crowd it was obvious he had to think of a way out of the current situation.

"Earth to Arthur?, it seems you are awake. Would you mind explaining what happened after 'the age of monsters?"

Hearing a familiar voice and looking at the teacher in his front a piece of memory flashed through his mind. Teacher Reyna Ross or Miss Rey C level hunter with awakening attribute super strength.

"C-level hunter" thinking of this, the strength of hunters that appeared in his mind, based on my currently knowledge it's no exaggeration to call her a little superman

"Arthur!"

Unfortunately her constant calls didn't give him the time to think deeper, he immediately focused on his new memory to answer the question

"Yes, Miss Rey! after the first set of monsters ran out of the unattended dungeons, the unprepared human race was wiped out by more than 50 percent leaving only 3 billion humans alive, thankfully it seemed that lady luck was on the side of the human race and a lucky human discovered that after killing a monster his body would automatically absorb a trace on energy from the dead monster"

"Following this, he continued to hunt monsters until his body broke through mortal shackles and became the first awakened."

"This hunter would later be known as 'The lord of darkness" awakening the SSS level black hole ability drove the monsters back into the gates, deduced and taught humans an awaking method, united humanity, and formed the current human federation"

Listening to him speak, the whole class seemed to see a legendary figure rising from nothing to become the most powerful person alive.

"Well said, now try to stay awake for the rest of my class" hearing the almost flawless answer she could help but remember the class 'sleeping god' was also a genius in literary studies unlike his martial skills which are the worst of the class.

"Yes, Miss Rey!" After saying so he immediately took his seat.

"Sigh…. What am I going to do with this boy" shaking her head with a wry smile

"*cough cough* "

"Although classmate Arthur answered correctly there are still some things he did not mention such as how the hunter grading system was formed and how monsters were classified"

"Ring! Ring! Ring!"

Just as she was about to explain, the bell signalling the end of class rang,

"It seems that's all for today, tomorrow all of you would enter your first dungeon so I advise you to read up on everything I've taught you before" after throwing such a bomb she took her books and left the class.

"Did you hear that we're entering a dungeon tomorrow!"

"Ha-ha, it seems it'll soon be the era of my Davis!"

"ha-ha just you? "

"I can't believe we're going to a real dungeon tomorrow!!'

With Reyna's exit, the whole classroom completely exploded, boys daydreaming about awakening, becoming strong men, and ascending the sky in one step. Girls thinking of becoming a female empress guarding one side.

All in all, everyone was looking forward to tomorrow's Dungeon. Well, everyone is apart from one person.

With a look of confusion in his face Arthur tried to figure out the current situation.

"What's going on? What are these new memories and where am I?'``Thinking back to his cause of death in his last memory, an absurd thought crossed his mind, "Truck Kun?"

"Let's go home first, the original owner's body seems to be an orphan with only a little sister" sister? Sounds good, after all, I've always been alone back on earth.

Just as he was about to leave his seat, he suddenly felt a cold gaze from his back
