Chapter 15 - Awakened exam

Without saying much after his interest-piquing words, Roger with Linda entered the association.

The media also exploded as a result of his surprising words, and numerous predictions concerning what his words implied started to arouse all around the country.

While Roger was obvious to any of that, He went on his way to take the test.

Shortly afterward they were greeted by a lady in formals and were led to the examination point.

"Only examinees are allowed past this point!", the lady said politely.

Roger who understood her, turned to Linda, "Wait in the reception, I will be back after the test"

Linda nodded her head, "good luck with the exam master, I am sure you will get a good score"

Roger smiled at her entering the examination center.

It was an enormous hall with many chairs placed in an orderly manner at a certain distance apart.

Roger was led to his seat and was told to wait until the examiner arrives there.

Not long after a man holding a set of papers entered the room, He was dressed in a night dress, yes you read that right! he was in a night dress.

The candidate's eyes widened as they saw the man entering the room while scratching his stomach and yawning with his mouths wide apart!

Not because of his appearance but because of his identity, Joshua Agnus, one of the 62 international S-rank hunters and was among 8 S-rank hunters of the country, ranked 39th in the WAR*.

It was a very rare sight to see the S-rank hunters since they would always be busy clearing the dungeons, but the appearance of one such man in the awakened exam took all the candidates by surprise.

The man casually walked to the podium, asking an attendant at the side to distribute the papers.

"I am Joshua Agnus, I will be the proctor for all your examination today, please write the test as soon as possible and fuck off, I am dying to get some sleep"

The candidates got a chill down their spine, most of them already lost their hopes of passing the exam.

The passing score was 50 and it was quite easy to pass unless you are an idiot or if you don't study at all.

The second is the measurement, here the candidate can choose either the Physical or skill or both, and depending on the measurement scores will be given.

In the physical test, they will give you a score based on your physical striking force, and in the skill test, they would give the score based on how useful the skill will be.

and if you pass both exams, the third test will be given, Actually, rather than a test, it was just a measurement, a Measurement of your potential.

Using the ability stone of an S-rank monster, the association has found a way to predict the potential of an awakened! and they will assign a tier from 9-0 based on it, with 9 being the lowest potential and 0 being the highest.

The third test itself was just for the sake of recruiting promising individuals, so only the two tests mattered.

It was not long after that Roger finished answering all the questions and handed over the paper to the proctor, with an S-ran as a proctor no one dared to try anything funny, and like that the first test ended and the candidates are instructed to wait till their evaluation is done and were guided to an open gym with two massive machines kept in the middle.

after some twenty minutes the announcement about the results was made, 57 of the 60 candidates passed and were allowed to continue to the next test.

"Attention!" A thunderous sound resounded in the massive hall! It was Joshua who shouted to gather all their attention.

"We will now proceed to the next test, all of you can choose either the physical or skill-based, on which you are confident, and make a line in front of the left machine if you chose physical or in front of the right machine if you want to give a skill test"

With him asking them to gather into two groups, all of the candidates started to choose either one of the sides and continued to gather there.

After some time, all of them were gathered in either one of the groups.

"Huh?" Joshua exclaimed seeing an individual who was still standing in his position, without choosing either of them.

"Hey, you! Don't you hear me, hurry and choose one of them fast!" Joshua said to the individual!

"I want to take both tests, Sir!"

Of course, the one who said that was none other than Roger!.
