Chapter 4

A smile hovered on the face of his father for a while but he didn't seem to be ready to give out any information.

"How rich are you, father."

"From your guess, how rich do you think I am?" replied.

"Don't worry, you are going to find out about that soon enough. I don't want to chunk you with a lot of information now. I think that it would be better if you learn about them as time progresses." He added.

"And I also want to introduce you to a lot of people tomorrow back at home but then, you will have to have your meal first. In the meantime, I will have to attend to some pressing issues." He noted.

Andrew nodded his head. A roof over his head was enough for him already.

A few guards ushered him to the dining room and he laid the most pleasant meal that he had ever had in a long time.

He went down on the food like a hungry lion and after that, he was taken to his room where he had a nice bath.

He could feel the breath of fresh air steaming into his body. Finally, he got into his room and laid on the bed.

It was as though all hidden sufferings of his past had just been washed away from the single bath that he just had and he felt so renewed.

He fell face up on the water bed staring right into the ceiling and thinking about how his life had made such a sudden turn.

Sigh.

He closed his eyes briefly, ready to get the perfect sleep when a slight tap came from the door.

He opened his eyes lazily and walked towards the door dragging his feet on the floor. Soon, he got over to it and parted the door open.

His face met with a stunning lady almost immediately but something didn't seem right With Her, plugging him off from his sleep almost immediately.

She was shaking intensely but he could not tell why.

Before he could tell what was going on next, she fell to her knees.

"Young master, I am sorry and I deserve every punishment that you decide to give to me." She declared almost immediately but that only got him even more confused than he was already.

"What are you talking about, I am really confused now." Andrew's hands ran through his hair.

"Master informed me to get you the best celebrity personal shopper in the whole of the city but then..." Her Words broke into stutters.

"But what? You will have to pull yourself together Miss and talk to me." He replied.

"But then he got involved in an accident."

Andrew's eyes brightened almost immediately as he thought that something really bad must have happened to him.

"Is he alright? Where is he now?" He Inquired.

"He is fine. But the problem isn't really about him, it's about you young master."

Confused, he went further to inquire.

"How is it about me?"

"You will be meeting with the major stakeholders of the company tomorrow and your father wanted something nice for you. But now. He is going to be furious."

"Seems my father is really powerful." He thought in his head. But he had refused to tell him anything about his identity. Then a thought struck him.

"We always come up with a solution. But with terms attached." He emphasized.

"I don't have much money, young master and I need this job." He noted.

"Money??" Andrew smiled.

"Not that." I helped her to get up from the floor to her surprise but there were still some elements of doubt in her eyes.

"So, I can always go to a good shop and get some clothes.."

"But about the term young master." She stretched the floor with her feet not daring to look right into his eyes.

"Yeah, about the term. How long have you been working with my father?"

"For quite a while now. Seven years. Your step-sister is my best friend and she helped me here.

"Step sister?" He was a little bit confused and Anna could see it written all over his face but then, there was some information that he could not give out.

"I am sorry for revealing that young master. But I can't tell you anymore. Only that there has been some dispute in the family. The master will feed you with all the information in due course once he has all issues resolved."

"Andrew nodded his head not wanting to push anything further from the way that they were already.

"How much is my father's net worth?" He inquired.

There was a confused look on her face and reading the meaning into it, he could tell that he was surprised that he didn't know anything about it.

"Your father owns the biggest, most successful company in the city. The Merchant Age Group." There was an air of reverence in every single word that she spoke.

His eyes flickered. He knew that his father was very rich but never thought that he would be that rich.

"But I thought the company was owned by a man named James Andrew...." He pushed the revelation hitting him like an avalanche of stones as he was snapped out of his reality.

"Thanks anyways. Now I will have to fulfill my part of the promise." He replied and turned around to leave but before he could get to any reasonable extent, Anna stopped him causing him to turn around toward her.

"And the problem?" He inquired.

"You can't go out without a driver, young master. I will get him right away."

"I don't think that there will be any need for that." He replied.

But after much pleading from her, he decided to go by her way. He got into the car as the driver gradually drove towards the biggest mall in town.

Finally, they got to a point close to the mall and he pointed out to the driver to pull a stop.

"But young master."

"A few moments would not be enough for him to befall me and besides, only a few people know about me yet.." He replied.

"And my father is not going to know about it."

The driver knew that from the look that was hanging on his face, he could not get into much argument with his young master.

He drew a stop at the parking lot, giving Andrew the opportunity for him to step down from the car.

He walked gradually into the mall and his eyes skimmed through it. While the hall was flooded with light and littered with guards, he walked around briskly for something that was going to catch his attention.

Finally, his hands caught up with a stunning suit right at the center of the hall. It was the most stunning clothes that he had ever seen all his Life.

He moved his hands towards him to feel the texture of the dress but suddenly a strange sound came from behind in the form of a half gasp.

"I want that." The voice came again and this time, it was accompanied by an air of authority causing Andrew to turn around to see who it was.

It turned out that it was his ex wife's cousin, Henry His face twisted into a frown almost immediately at the thought of how he had kicked him out of the house immediately after the death of his mother and his father made him the master of the house.

He was able to control his anger as he continued to stare at him.

"I came here first so you should go somewhere else." He noted but from the look on his face, he was not ready to do that.

"It's not like you can afford it right? Broke ass. So why don't you just step aside for someone who can afford it?" He replied.

"You said what?" Andrew shot a really angry stare at him.
