After Sir Hones helped him, Raymond bowed down before him to show his gratitude. He then gave him a smile, and Sir Hones nodded naturally to bid him convention.

"Thank you very much, Sir Hones. I was having a hard time lifting it earlier, but when you helped me, I was able to easily lift it." Raymond then sincerely said.

Sir Hones smiled but afterward became confused about how Raymond knew him. He then asked, "Do you know me? I don't have any recollection of meeting you in the past..."

Sir Hones was awkward about it, but Raymond lifted the atmosphere, seemingly making it lighter than earlier. He pointed to Sir Hones's muscles.

"How would I not know you, Sir Hones? I heard that among the practical teachers and among those who do physical teaching, you are the most handsome and have the best body of them all."

"Such flattery..." Sir Hones muttered, but then suddenly became serious. "I don't remember being recognized like that. Even though I liked it, I am serious. How did you know me?"

Raymond already knew it. Apart from being the kindest, Sir Hones was also the most serious of them all. He would show kindness to his students, but if they were not his students, he would apply pressure on them.

"Indeed. You may not be recognized like that, Sir Hones, but I am sincere that I recognized you because of your face and muscles." Raymond continued talking.

Sir Hones became silent, then let out a sigh, turning his back on Raymond.

"Forget about it. Such a weird kid."

"Wait, Sir Hones. I have a question. How is your leg?"

This was the risk Raymond had to face when he chose this path.

Apart from himself and his physician, no one knew his condition. And because of it, Sir Hones suddenly turned around and grabbed Raymond's collar.

His eyes were widening as he got more surprised by those words from Raymond. It was also lucky for him that they were in the warehouse; if not, he would have already been pulled back by someone to stop him from attempting to assault Raymond.

"You... Who are you? How did you know it? What is your intention? "

Raymond was also surprised by the sudden grip of Sir Hones. But, of course, he expected him to react aggressively to it because it was Sir Hones's secret.

"... I am Raymond from the lower district. I am also practicing here as a hunter even before I awaken." Raymond answered.

"I don't care about any of it. I wanted to know who you were to know me. How did you learn my condition?" Sir Hones then tightened his grip, which almost made Raymond out of breath.

"I am sorry... I don't really have anyone to tell, but please... I can explain if you let go of me."

Sir Hones intently looked at Raymond, then decided to lose his grip on his collar. He was still staring intently at Raymond, just in case, he did something against him.

"I need your assistance because of this." Raymond then created fire from his palm that instantly made Sir Hones freeze. He shifted his attention to the fire as he intently gazed at it.

"And this is also the reason how I know about your condition. I can use magic even before awakening."

Depending on whether you could use magic was learned after awakening. Meaning, that after a blessing, was done for an individual to open their profile, that was the only time a person would learn if they could use magic.

And using this loophole, Raymond used his ability to use magic as a stepping stone to discover how he knew Sir Hones's condition.

"I can help you with your condition. I know that you only have a small portion of influence, but if you become my referrer, you will benefit from the stakes I get from the officials." Raymond said while Sir Hones was still like a statue before him.

"Also, from what I've observed, you are a teacher. And teachers have higher ups, so I wanted to approach you, but unexpectedly, this event happened, and I think this is the right time," he continued.

Sir Hones didn't respond for a few seconds as he was still observing Raymond's fire. He pointed it out and raised a question.

"It is not a fire from a tool, right?"

Raymond shook his head.

"Then... you are..."

"... a genius." Raymond continued.

It would make him conceit if he called himself a "genius" but what could be the possible term to call himself since it was the only present term to refer to himself?

And as Sir Hones used his time to observe more of the fire, Raymond continued talking.

"I am a bit ambitious. I wanted to increase my value in the village without grabbing everyone's attention. I couldn't afford to turn down their offers until I got what I was looking for. So, that is why I made a path for myself."

"And you wanted to start making your path to me. Okay, I get it. I will help you."

It wasn't that hard. After all, Raymond also knew that Sir Hones was really a generous person, and since it would also benefit him in the future, it would be hard to ignore such an opportunity.

Being a referrer holds great recognition for the network. And since Raymond hinted that he wanted to raise his worth, he should not only be hoping for a backer that is small-time.

"I can go to the upper district and ignore my higher ups. If you want, I could refer you to anyone from them. I can't be shameful. I mean, this would also benefit from this, right?"

"Of course, Sir Hones. So, what about it? Are you really in?" Raymond asked to be certain of his decision.

Sir Hones stood up firmly and fixed Raymond's clothes.

"I am sorry for grabbing your collar. I was only surprised earlier and didn't mean to harm you from it." Sir Hones, out of nowhere, apologized.

"It's alright. I can understand you since that was your secret, right? You acted as if there was nothing in your legs, and I speculated that you were trying to hide it." Raymond said.

However, Sir Hones and Raymond became close when he turned 17, and Sir Hones shared his concerns with him at that time. That was also the key that Raymond uses now to easily grab his attention.

Even though it was risky, it paid off greatly.

"Then... Raymond... I hope that you will keep that secret of mine. I am really sensitive to other people learning it."

Raymond smiled and thought. 'I know, big brother.'
