The two listened to Pyko as he full-on complained in a way that would seem harmless, but it was him and his tense self with a skyrocketing pressure from how Trust looked like he was alright but the presence of blood stated otherwise. Minutes only took for captain Vince and his crew to dive into an unsettling discovery that their map might not be useful in the long run to get to the house. Which, was promptly rebut by Betts.

There was no way she didn’t know or feel how Trust knows of things around him, but the level of her heightened senses is dull compared to him. This doesn’t mean trying was out of the option, thus she volunteered to act as a guide, much as Trusts did. The vote for confidence on her part was met with retaliation but Trust pushed for it himself, saying she knew more than he did because she lived here.

His words were deemed not enough but what other choice do they have, during this turn of events, they had to regroup their scouts to captain
