As the wolves charged at Sister Catherine, the latter responded in kind to their provocation. Cath swung her katana repeatedly with great strength behind each attack. She jabbed and thrust her weapon into every opening she could find in those wolves.

Meanwhile, the wolves, on the other hand, didn't step down or give up; they slashed their sharp claws and even slithered their tongue to frighten the women in the battle. Their dripping saliva was the only sight one could notice rather than the blood-shedding from their wounds.

The intimidating figure of the injured beasts was enough to stun anyone facing them head-on. Even I, who was standing far away watching the fight, felt jitters down my spine from the collision of both sides.

The pressure around them intensified, and I speculated on how to aid Sis in surviving her dilemma. I could notice her breathing halting after their clashes, and she had a hard time moving her limbs since the tension
