“They need to all be gone.” Silas Homer asserted, causing the group to turn their attention to him.

“I couldn't agree more.” Edward Dennin chipped in while others remained quiet.

Silas walked towards Edward and patted his shoulder twice before finding his way to a seat in the dimly lit room.

“Good. And with that being said, I have a mission for you Dennin.” Silas said, flipping through the papers on the table.

“Alright. Tell me, what it is.” Edward said, moving his chair to the left side of the room so he could be close to Silas.

“You will be the one to eliminate the first of our targets,”

Edward raised a brow. “Who?”

“Eric Borough, a senator. And one of the founding elite families.”

Samantha watched in worried surprise as her father bobbed his head in a nod, “I'm honored, Silas.” He said with excitement painted on his face. “I'll make sure to not disappoint you.”

“Eric is a tough one, Dennin. You must not be careless,” Jared Khan said, his seriousness etched into his face.
