CHAPTER 99

Nathan's eyes were still burning with fury when he turned to Vanessa, who was obviously angrier than him.

He gently placed his hand over hers, trying to calm her down.

“What should we do with him, Vanessa?” Nathan whispered into her ear.

There was no one who wanted Darius gone more than him, but he had to ask Vanessa first because Darius was her supposed brother.

“Your brother has crossed a line that he can’t uncross,” he added, as if trying to provoke Vanessa.

Vanessa didn’t hesitate, her eyes locked on Darius with an icy stare that sent chills down the spines of everyone present.

“I don’t consider him my brother,” she said, her voice calm but laced with the sharpness of betrayal.

“Not after everything he’s done.

"I will never consider you my brother; all you have ever tried to do is destroy my life.”

Nathan’s expression hardened—that's all he needed. He turned his gaze back to Darius, who now stood there in shame.
