CHAPTER 2: REBORN

CHAPTER 2: HIS REBORN

Kabbus saw himself dying and one thing he regretted the most was the fact that he wasn't able to kill the remaining sinful angels and the Supreme witch, Orilas.

Orilas wasn't as strong as he was and without the external help she got, Kabbus would have ended her right there. What was surprising to him the most was the fact that he had no idea how they were able to conquer him but one thing was certain and it was the fact that the Supreme being betrayed him.

Without the betrayal of the Supreme Being, no one else could have hurt him or killed him that way. "Was he scared? He's been going on about my growth for the past few years and I'm sure I was starting to get as strong as him, was that why he betrayed me?" He asked himself as he tried to figure out where he was but all he could see was darkness.

"What's going on? Am I in hell?" He questioned but there was no one to reply to him.

Worried, he tried to turn around but he couldn't and just when he was about to question his life again, he felt a soft warm thing touch his forehead and he groaned.

"What was that? It's so warm..." He mumbled to himself and that was when he felt his vision changing.

It was sudden but the next moment, he was able to see his surroundings and the first thing he saw was a pretty feminine face staring at him with the biggest smile he had ever seen. He stared back at the feminine eyes, trying to guess who she was but he wasn't lucky enough to remember if he had even seen her before.

Turning his head, he looked to his left and there, he saw an averagely handsome masculine face staring at him with the same big smile as the other person and that was when his confusion hit the limit.

"What's going on here? Who are these people?" He opened his mouth to say but all that came out was a soft cry of a baby.

"Oh! Louis is awake. He is so cute!"

"Yes, he looks just like you, honey."

Kabbus frowned. Somehow, he knew the people were talking about him but what were they on about? "Cute? I'm freaking handsome, idiots! I'm so handsome that your small brains can't fathom how handsome I am and you ugly things dare call me cute? You even changed my name?" He cussed but all that came out again was a soft cry.

"Can't I speak again? Am I mute now?" He cried fearfully, his lips quivering. It was his first time encountering fear and it gripped him hard.

He felt his body being lifted in the air as the woman brought him closer to her chest and the next second, she watched the woman bring out her breast, placing it in his mouth...

That was when it dawned on him... He wasn't a fool to begin with and right then, he knew something was wrong. He was a baby now and this time around, he had parents.

During his years with the Supreme being, he had watched a lot of kids grow into powerful angels and he knew how helpless they usually were he was always grateful that he was never born so what had happened to him?

"Did that silly witch cast me into a baby's body? Oh No! Am I going to start growing from a baby to an adult again?

"He isn't sucking. What's wrong with him?" He was still lamenting about his harsh fate when he heard the voice of the man beside him and he turned his head to look at him.

"Don't look at Dad, Louis. You need to eat so you can sleep." He heard the woman's voice too and his eyes widened.

The name Louis... It wasn't a name they bore in his place and when he thought deeply about it, he remembered there was a place that had that kind of name... "Earth!!!" Kabbus cried!

He wasn't just cast away, he was reborn and not just reborn but as a human for that matter and on earth!

The heck!

Without warning, tears rolled down Kabbus's face and he found it hard to stop the tears. It annoyed him that he was crying like a baby that he already was but what annoyed him more was his helplessness. He was certain that sooner or later, Orilas or the Supreme being would find out he wasn't dead yet and they would do everything to make sure he wouldn't live.

They would cut short his existence but how could he protect himself when he was just an ordinary being? He knew how weak people on earth were and he knew there was no way any of them could face either Orilas or the Supreme being.

Kabbus let out a deep breath as he thought about his life but this was the worst outcome he could have wished for.

It was hard for him to accept his new body and life, however, he had no choice but to accept it and continue living his life while hoping his existence wouldn't be found out.

A few years later...

Little Kabbus had grown into a 10-year-old kid and was still as powerless as every other human.

To make his life worse, his human parents weren't rich and they had to work more than others to give him a normal life but one thing about them was the fact that they adored him a lot. They gave him the love he never knew he deserved and he was slowly starting to like them too.

Kabbus was in class one day when he felt a sharp pain at the back of his head and he groaned painfully. He turned around to see what it was all about but what he meant shocked him greatly.

Behind him were two students who had injured themselves and they were both bleeding but that wasn't what shocked him, if not for the fact that his head was bleeding too and it was because the kids mistakenly hit him with the metal they were fighting with!

His anger grew and before he knew it, he grabbed the hands of the two kids, yanking them away from their seats before he ran toward them again.

"I will kill you today!" He cried, rushing toward them but his legs slipped and he fell face flat on the ground.

His nose hit the ground and without being told, he knew his nose was broken because of the pain it sent through his body. He raised his head slightly only for his blood to drip into his mouth and a strange sensation entered his body ~
