FAMILIAL ENEMIES

Karen Winthrop continued to pace in his study, running his fingers along his hair at intervals, feeling frustrated. It has been hours yet the doctors were not done with his mother's treatment yet, making him extremely worried.

A knock on his door Immediately distracted him, making him turn around.

“Who is there?”
