Hearing that from the guy only made Yujin burst out laughing out loud. At first he found him a little annoying because of how suspicious his motives could be. At the very least, Yujin didn’t want to let his guard down although he couldn’t help but just merely laugh.
What Yujin failed to notice though was that the guy would actually exhibit a deadly skill before Yujin’s eyes that he had not anticipated. The guy swiftly made a flash step and just when thought he was about to attack him head on, he was wrong.
The guy made another flash step as he leaped from the front then switched swiftly to the rear side of Yujin, before Yujin could even make a single move to look over his opponent from behind, the guy instantly took advantage of his time and kicked the back side of Yujin’s knees.
It was so swift that Yujin failed to even support his fall. In an instant, he found himself on the ground, but things didn’t end there as the guy immediately captured Yujin’s arm and knot it together before Yujin could even begin to struggle free.
It was pointless for any attempt of protest from Yujin since the grip on his hands were very tight. Before Yujin could even realize it, he then saw the guy sitting in front of him. He was astonished as to how he did that when he was just standing behind Yujin while holding Yujin’s arms.
And as Yujin tried to look over his shoulder, he was surprised that it was the heavier dude he defeated earlier who was now sitting behind him and was giving him the weights so that he couldn’t move.
“Now that seems better.” The dude in front of Yujin immediately said.
“Damn it! What the hell do you want?” Yujin ask. He was really pissed by how fast the rest of his opponents were that he didn’t even see their movements. Before he could even plan out to move a single one, they were already able to take advantage of him twice or even three times.
The worst part here was that Yujin couldn’t even move now to counter them at least. He was even very open to the possible next attack from his enemies given the way he was lying down in his position right now.
If he couldn’t even think to move, he would eventually suffer a greater one by next time they make an assault against him.
Yujin was really determined about wanting to freed himself from the pressure that the bigger dude on top of him was inflicting, however, despite how much effort he was trying to force the bigger dude to get off of him, it seems that Yujin would have to struggle even more.
“You can’t win against Olgin like that. He’s way heavier than you think.” the woman from the far end abruptly said.
This was the first time that Yujin had heard of her voice. It was really soothing and calming, although unfortunately Yujin would have to hear it in a situation like this where he was heavily in a disadvantageous mode.
Yujin suddenly felt ashamed that the woman had to witness how Yujin was so weakly looking up at her comrade. It wasn’t even like Yujin wanted to impress her but for some reason, it really hurts Yujin’s ego to be defeated just like that.
“—and a stronger one too.” Suddenly the guy in front of Yujin abruptly chimed in. He was giving off that annoying grin while emphasizing the fact that their comrade was a lot stronger than Yujin.
“But that doesn’t mean that he isn’t defeatable.” the woman then again chimed into the conversation once more.
Although Yujin wasn’t even trying to make any competition against the big dude who was still enjoying giving much pressure behind Yujin’s back, he reasoned that perhaps it would be best that Yujin would show him the true skills that he possessed.
Yujin wasn’t even called the top delinquent in who of the thirteenth colony out of nothing. Of course, he wouldn’t let anyone trample that because they’re newcomers. Yujin couldn’t just let anyone trample on his ego.
Which was why he immediately mustered all of his strength and promplty pushed the big dude off of him the moment he found the opportunity to do it. Although the bigger duded didn’t want to move a muscle off of Yujin, he didn’t anticipate that Yujin would still have a much stronger force within.
Normally, a typical human could’ve easily perished from it, but since it was Yujin, he was able to witness how Yujin slowly moved up and as he could feel that the dude was already sliding off, he then promptly got on his two feet.
Yujin made a comeback after getting on his feet right away. For the second time round, Yujin was again successful in defeating the bigger dude. This time, he challenged the rest of them who stood before him while having a surprised face.
They couldn’t believe that for some one like him, he was immedaitely been able to defeat Olgin. Their eyes widened out of surprise and shock.
Both the guy and the woman couldn’t even fathom how it was even possible for Yujin to actually do it. Yujin immediately launched forward as he immediately wanted to show them the dose of their own kind of medicine.
Yujin believed that all of them also deserve to be humiliated by the skills that he could do during fighting.
However, as Yujin was even close to actually doing it, he was then surprised to be halted immediately by the other guy who was laughing right now. He paused to raise his hand before Yujin could even come anywhere closer to him.
And right before Yujin’s face, the guy then said, “Hold off your horses. Didn’t I tell you earlier that I have a proposal deal for you? I’m serious about it. And I certainly know where you can actually attain even more powerful skills and weaponry that could kill and defeat all those other adversaries of yours. Aren’t you even the least interested now?”

The guy made himself sound pretty convincing that Yujin immediately had second thoughts over the situation. It wasn’t even like Yujin had any interest over the new weaponry and power upgrades he was mentioning earlier.Yujin abruptly began to feel like it was necessary for him to be able to know that fact. Especially since he had become interested in identifying how he could kill every monster that had infiltrated the colony the fastest way he could do so.“I don’t trust you.” Yujin bluntly told the guy.“Of course you won’t.” the guy said back as if initiating to mock Yujin. However, Yujin didn’t settle just like that, he wanted to make even with the conversation which was why he immediately replied, “I don’t trust you and your green hair.” as he points out the guy’s wavy green hair.Indeed the guy talking to Yujin right now does have green hair that looks like he came from a group of notorious fellows. “Get your hands off of me.” Yujin tried to struggle and get the hands that had been holding him, off of him. However, since they were much stronger than Yujin, he ended up only wasting his time since he could not even go against any of them at this point.“Well then, champion, off we go to the crystal fortress of the thirteenth colony.” the green-haired guy said after instructing his other two comrades to follow him.The two comrades of the green-haired man smoothly dragged Yujin from the area and into an ovular ship. It was a spacious flying ship that has top edge technological engines which Yujin had never seen before. After the bigger man dragged Yujin into the virtual cage, the three of them immediately began to maneuver the whole system of the ship as it launches. Yujin attempted to escape, however, the moment his hand even touched the edge of the virtual cage, he instantly felt an electrifying jolt coursed through his entire body. He saw that it radiated from the round transluc

As the ovular ship crash lands on the deck of the crystal fortress, the impact caused Yujin to collide with the energy cell that imprisons him within. And as a result, the impact electrified Yujin a couple of times. The pain that he had to endure after that impact was so unbearable that Yujin even screamed out the anguish he felt over his predicament. He felt like his entire body had gone numb. The electric shock left him feeling nothing. It was as if his entire body had been deprived of its own senses. “What happened, Olgin?” the green-haired guy abruptly asked his comrade. Olgin immediately looked at him and answered, “The system just crashed on its own, Takeru.” And despite being in a complete state of numbness, Yujin had finally discovered the name of the green-haired guy as Takeru. It doesn’t even sound nice to hear at all. Hearing even just his name makes Yujin want to throw his fist against Takeru’s face. If only things would be that easy for Yujin to do. Apparently he

As they got closer to the pillar that was floating in front of them, the four of them stopped moving and stood still. It was glowing and emanating some kind of energy, which for some reason attracted Yujin to it all of a sudden. Because the sight was so intense, he had no choice but to partially shield his eyes with his hands. "What the hell is that annoying light all about?" Yujin grumbled while simultaneously attempting to cover his eyes. Because Yujin did not have a complete understanding of the pillar's capabilities, he refrained from getting any closer to it. It was uncertain whether it would pose a threat to him, but even if it hadn't, he wasn't going to rush into it right away. On the other hand, much to his chagrin, it turned out that Takeru was the one who was drawing him closer to the pillar. And because Yujin no longer possessed the strength or resources necessary to effectively combat Takeru, he was typically in the most precarious position possible. "Where exactly are

They hadn't planned on it at all and certainly weren't looking forward to it in any way. Takeru was under the impression that there were two ways to activate the pillar. The first option was to activate the pillar through the process of activating the pillar by using their mana to infuse against the pillar. The other way would be to offer a sacrifice of one's own blood. In the event that the champion passes away before the activation of the pillar has even occurred, he may use his own blood to activate the pillar as well. The pillar will be able to identify the blood of a champion who has successfully vanquished an S-class monster, which will cause it to spin and make the weapon available to the champion. However, at this moment, all of them were in complete shock and disbelief because the pillar didn't work according to what they were expecting. Instead, after it spun around, there was an enormous light coming from its usual normal luminescence. Following the immense light that

“Hold on there…” Yujin's concentration was broken by a voice that was both seductive and endearing. He was caught off guard when Aera appeared out of nowhere and thwarted his intention to shoot Takeru next. He had not anticipated that she would do so. “Aera…” Yujin found that he couldn't stop himself from muttering louder than a whisper.. Even though it appeared to be at a relatively low volume, Aera was still able to hear it adequately. "Did you just refer to me by my name, Champion?" Aera asked with a teasing tone on her voice. The moment Yujin moved, his reflexes kicked in, instantly waking him up. He made an effort to rouse himself from the moment, but he was in danger of succumbing to Aera's alluring presence and had to fight the temptation. The exact same thing happened to him when he saw her for the first time. Aera wasn't concerned that Yujin wasn't able to provide an answer to her question because she was more focused on finding a way to prevent Yujin from aiming his ar

“So, will you seriously pull that off even though you know it could also hit Aera?” Takeru informed him out of the blue. This caused Yujin to have a spur of the moment thought about Aera, who was on the frontline. On the other hand, Yujin was aware of the fact that Takeru's primary concern was not Aera but rather the fact that he would be spared yet again. That was something that Yujin simply could not allow to take place. Especially considering that he was also aware that opportunities like this one do not present themselves very frequently. And because of these considerations, Yujin did not waver in his firm determination to direct the energy arrow in their direction. While he was looking at Aera, he was aware of the powerful force of hesitance; however, his desire to punish Takeru was even stronger than that. “You think you can outsmart me by convincing me to believe that stupid reason, do you?” Yujin said. He was giving off the appearance of a sly grin on his face to show

Yujin released the energy arrow without hesitation, and it went above the sky. What Takeru and Aera failed to anticipate was that such action would actually result in the orb scattering like petals and becoming a hundred versions of energy arrows hitting in Aera’s direction. Although Yujin’s hands were weirdly shaking, he had to suppress it because he had decided on this despite having the weird agony of having to harm Aera with his own hands. He had to keep reminding himself that Aera was his enemy. She serves Takeru, and it wouldn’t help if he kept showing this vulnerable side of him. Aera would only use that up against him over and over. Yujin could simply not allow Aera to continuously use that trump card against him. Aera's mind raced, desperately searching for a logical explanation, but finding none. The world she thought she knew was slipping away, replaced by a surreal landscape of uncertainty and disbelief. Anticipation coursed through her veins as she yearned for the moment when Doctor Karin would, perhaps, alter her stance and align herself with her fervent desire to fix the broken pillar. Doctor Karin's inquiry ignited a flicker of hope within Aera. "Yes," Aera murmured, her voice barely audible. “Yes, it is," she added, her voice tinged with a hint of hope. The worn wooden door groaned in protest as it swung open, granting passage to Aera. She stepped into the dimly lit room, her presence casting a shadow across the worn floorboards. Doctor Karin awaited her arrival. As Aera stepped into the room, a sense of déjà vu washed over her. There, in the same spot as before, sat Doctor Karin, engrossed in a stack of books generously supplied by the stray dog headquarters.Aera pondered, her mind swirling with the possibility that it was Draken who had proposed the notion of stowing away those books within the confines of Doctor Karin's chamber. The suggestion was undeniably astute, for within the confines of that room, where Doctor Karin languished in detention, she managed to carve out precious moments to peruse those written works on a daily basis.Aera stood there, her eyes fixed on Doctor Karin, a mixture of displeasure evident on her face."It's you again," Doctor Karin, however, said, her voice tinged with a disappointment at the presenc

Aera stared at him, her eyes wide with disbelief. The words before her seemed too good to be true, too fantastical to be real. Doubt gnawed at her, whispering in her ear, questioning the authenticity of what lay before her. She gazed at him, her eyes filled with a mixture of curiosity and skepticism. Her cheeks were still tinged with a rosy hue, a telltale sign of the lingering embarrassment she felt. Aera was still processing the evaluation that Draken had provided her with earlier in the conversation. In the isolation chamber, she was the only other person there except Yujin. Her head was cluttered with unrelated ideas at the time, and almost all of them were related to Yujin. After considering all that Draken had shared with her, Aera couldn't help but feel a twinge of embarrassment when she realized that she had just recently begun to consider the possibility that Draken's explanation was accurate. It's possible that what Dr. Karin saw in Aera was the possibility of a love connection between her and Yujin. This possibility is what drives Aera to put her pride in danger in order to assist Yujin.Aera thought that this must be what Dr. Karin was thinking about her as a driving motive for assisting Yujin. After all, individuals who are in love are known to do the most unselfish things conceivable, and Aera believed that this must be what Dr. Karin was thinking about her. When Aera
