“Please leave me alone, mom.” Lisa sniffled and turned away. She was seated on her bed, her back against the wall, hugging her chest with her knees. Ever since Lisa returned from Roving Ventures, she had barely done any paperwork. If she had presented her proposal and gotten a few remarks from Fredrick, she wouldn’t have felt any load on her chest but now, there were lots of drafts on her table and she could barely look at anyone.
