Damien finally arrived at the garden. He was wearing a face cap and sunglasses. He wore casual clothing to suit the occasion.

“Stella!” Damien waved from afar.

Stella blushed and waved back to Damien. Damien quickly spotted her. He rushed to where she was seated and joined her. He sat on the thick fur-like mat in which Stella had placed for the picnic.

“I’ve been waiting for you, Damien. Where have you been?” Stella asked.

“I’ve been…uhm, handling some important work,” Damien grinned widely. “What about you? What have you been up to?”

“Nothing really. But aren’t you surprised to see me here all of a sudden? My boss called out of nowhere today and gave me a day off without me asking. Isn’t that surprising?” She asked.

“Yes. It sure is surprising,” Damien winked at her.

“Oh…..! You asked my boss to give me a day off, didn’t you?” Stella asked, suspiciously laughing. “No need to ask because I know you're the only person that could get me a day off.”
